Billing serve has by far been the best company I have used for hosting. There are a number of reasons this is the case.
They are reliable, I can never think of a time that Jordan and his team have let me down to the contrary they are always exceeding expectations.
My business has quite complex needs when it comes to hosting and jordan and his team do not only accommodate they suggest ways to improve the way we operate.
Their finger is so on the pulse that there are times that rather than tell them what I require I pose the issues my company is having in regards to expanding our online market share (in regards to hosting, website speed) and they come up with solutions I would not have even begun to think about.
The are responsive always getting back to me in quick time. Also not only during working hours but at very unsocial hours when I reach out they get back to me.

I tried BillingServ's Free Account and every question I asked they answered in a timely manner. Any problems I had, they addressed quickly! Lots of value for the dollar with this company!
Anytime I have an issue with BillingServ, I contact their support and it's fixed within a few days. Most places make you wait till the next version is out, but they will fix it as soon as they can reproduce it. Jordan and his support staff are top notch and always reply within a matter of minutes regardless of the time.
