billing milesweb.com. a bill is their only communication
I don’t know who created this additional category for milesweb, “billing”, but there is certainly a need for it. Billing is the department which takes your money, largely under false pretenses. They are also the people who you are directed to when you need to complain. in my experience, this is the very dishonest core of this sham company. I asked them outright if in view of all their dishonest behaviour, they are likely to change. They opened a ticket then answered with, “this ticket is now dealt with”. They don’t allow you to question them, there is no recourse to law, they manipulate facts and cut you off. They do not at any level hold themselves accountable for their shoddy and dishonest trade.
