Have used Billfactory for years
Have used Billfactory for years. But recently they take to long time to transfer the money to my account. Not delivering what they promise and not trustworthy.

Hi! We appreciate you’ve been using our services for years, probably for a reason not related to this review. We always to our best to deliver on our promises but we can’t be accountable for 3td party leadtimes such as the clients bank, or, making sure the clients have entered the correct bank account numbers. This is also described in the T&Cs. 🙏🏼 Have a nice day
Late payments & No Customer Service
Billfactory is what is sounds like, too good to be true. With the 4% fee you're paying you're getting absolutely zero responses on your questions, they don't answer calls (called 2 days in a row multiple times), they don't respond to emails or in their chat. It really doesn't matter what your question is - they just don't respond.
Billfactory also has a reputation of paying extremely late (they sit on the money for up to 10 days without any explanation). Sometimes it gets solved by spamming their chat function, but usually not, you just have to wait X amount of days.

Keep More of Your Earnings
So far, so good. I made the switch from Frilans Finans because I want to keep more of my earnings. Payout date is no different but overall I think the move was worth it!

Trustworthy, easy, and very responsive
Incredibly simple to use!
There were plenty of other invoicing companies I tried to use, but this one was much faster and much more efficient!
It feels like a small, local company, that is able to do it all.
Whenever I had issues with my employer, I would contact BillFactory and within no time it would be solved. Whomever they have working the instant chats, theyre doing it amazingly.
