Disappointed with the Lack of Response from Team Bill Buddy Australia
It’s been 3 days since I posted my review regarding the issues I’ve faced, and unfortunately, there has been no response, no action, and not even a basic acknowledgment from Team Bill Buddy Australia. Not even a simple confirmation that my review was seen — which only reinforces how little regard this company has for its customers.
There appears to be no accountability from senior management down to the so-called customer support team — if one even exists. As a customer, I expected at least some level of communication, but the continued silence speaks volumes about the negligence and unprofessionalism within this business.
Even more alarming — this company has not displayed its PCI (Payment Card Industry) certification, raising serious concerns about the safety and compliance of customer payment data.
I strongly urge all councils, government organisations, and businesses to reconsider processing any payments through their portal until these compliance, transparency, and customer service issues are fully addressed.
This business should be thoroughly investigated by all relevant Australian government bodies, including ASIC, the Department of Fair Trading, and other financial licensing authorities. Public trust, data security, and service integrity must be protected.
I sincerely hope someone at Team Bill Buddy Australia finally takes responsibility and responds without further delay.
