My landscaper uses Bill.com for payment. I set up autopay thinking their nicely-designed UI is reason to trust them. Unfortunately, now that I'm cancelling my service and my autopay, Bill.com says I need to go through the vendor. Even though the invoice comes from Bill.com and Bill.com manages the autopay, I can't cancel through Bill.com. The problem is the landscaper is hard to reach, that's why I'm cancelling.
What kind of payment service lets you set up autopay, but not cancel it???

A Cautionary Tale for Small Business Owners
I run a small business and was approved for a $24,000 line of credit with BILL Spend & Expense (formerly Divvy). On May 13th, I borrowed $13,000 to cover payroll. Just days later, without any prior warning or clear explanation of their billing cycle, the platform withdrew the entire $13,000 directly from my bank account, pushing my balance deep into the negative.
There were no alerts, no scheduled repayment notice, and no opportunity to plan or prepare. This blindsided me and severely disrupted my business operations. The lack of communication and transparency is completely unacceptable, especially from a company claiming to support small businesses.
If you're a small business owner counting on reliable cash flow and clear billing practices, I urge you to stay far away from this platform. Their unpredictable behavior can do more harm than good—and in my case, nearly pushed my company into a financial crisis.
This was not support. It was sabotage. Small businesses deserve better.

Processing time is very very slow and issues are taking forever. Customer service assured that there is no problem with the payment and funds should be credited on the specified time. But then payment is again voided.

This company is a fraud. The fact that their online portal is difficult to navigate goes without saying. Support is completely non-existent - no phone number, no text, no email - nothing. I have a couple client companies who had the poor judgement to pay through Bill.com. They paid my invoices, the money goes to Bill.com, Bill.com says the balance is available for "financing" if I want to be paid now, so I linked my bank account (bad idea) and got the money, but then ended up having to pay back (!) the "financed" money, which is total BS because it's MY money to begin with. I thought I was done with them, but two days ago I had another client use Bill.com without warning me and I'm ballistic. Not only will I not use Bill.com myself - I won't deal with any company that uses it. I just turned down another job from that client - it's not worth it. I knew they had bad reviews and that using them is a nightmare and that their business practices are completely dubious, so I searched the terms "bill.com class action." Turns out we sign a class action waiver when we click on the terms of service. Well I'm ready to see if their waiver holds up in court. I'm actively searching for their articles of incorporation and their agent for service. Also a good class action law firm. We'll see if their waiver is worth its weight in air. I. Am. P*ssed!

I need to set up bill.com as an international consultant. However I can't get past the bill.com form that asks for US social security number and it won't accept international phone numbers or my zip-code (which is not in a US state...)
There is no way to get to the help page. It just keeps loading a blank page. I tried to get support with bill.com staff, but same thing. Just loading a blank page.
Please contact me and help! Then I'll remove the review (which should have no stars).

I financed an invoice and received the financed amount for payment. Prior to the merchant paying the invoice in full, I received payment for the full invoice. I called Bill.com and gave the payment back. The Merchant paid the invoice in full. Then, out of the blue, they deducted that invoice amount from my checking account! I was told it was their error but it would take up to 4 days for the funds to be put back! I don't know about you but $1200 is alot of money to wait on you to fix your mistakes!

We've used BILL.com on a number of occasions in the past and while the service was ok (our customers pay us via them), we've had issues with trying to login in for the last 4-5 days.
Once I've entered our email address and password, the page never loads. When you click on Live support, the page just goes blank. I can't email support because emails don't get read according to their auto reply. How am I supposed to get in contact with BILL.com so we can access our money?

Trying to log in to my account. It won't let me view anything. We have to have a bill account to receive payments from an external client. Keeps asking for US business details but we are a company outside the US. I've spend the last hour trying to find a way to contact someone from bill but their contact centre goes to a blank website page. I tried to find a number of email address but there is nothing online. Even tried signing up for a online sales pitch but that doesn't work either. I'm happy to delete this review if someone reaches out and offers help but the inability to talk to anyone is very frustrating.

i was approved for spend and expense card. I used the card 4 times and every time I used the card they wanted to flag it for suspicious activity. I literally used the card to spend with APPROVED vendors on Bill.com. Every time that happened , they wanted all of my personal information like if I was applying for a passport. the final time i tried to use it, they froze my account and canceled it for no apparent reason.
Bill.com is a total waste of time. I regret ever taking the card and opening an account.

A total scam. We have a few clients who use this service to pay us and it has been nothing but trouble as a Canadian company. We have an actual US bank account (in the US), which they cannot connect to since we have a "Canadian address". So we are forced to pay ridiculous $20 USD wire fees each time we want to pull money out.
It also adds frustration to our accounting since Bill.com just holds your money and isn't an actual bank, so the lump sum transfers, minus fees have to be sorted out each month.

terrible customer support. I needed to update my security phone number. so I submitted my ID as was required. here is the response "I reviewed your request to remove the security phone number from a User on this BIll.com account. For security on the account, we are not able to process this request." and suggestion to create new account which I can not do because I am not based in the US.
but the latest response got me "..If you need further help please contact customer service".

I had an email saying someone used my email to create an account with the name herbal. I went to the official website and did forgot password and the account did exist. I used a random sim card to reset the password and can confirm the name on the account t was herbal using my email address. I have tried contacting you help center. By this I mean I looked at the white screen it links too and also trye the link you gave to others also leading to. A WHITE SCREEN. This company sounds like a scam. Or have very poor security and customer care so I would not trust them with monopoly money if they are genuine.

My email address has been used by a scammer to create a fraudulent account and there is no way to access customer service on the website. I need someone to contact me urgently to disable this fake account. The only way to get further into the account is by adding my phone number which I am unwilling to do to give the scammer further access and information. Reach out to me ASAP please!
EDIT - The link provided doesn't work !! It just comes up with a white screen. Also to confirm, the account is real and all comms are from your own website. I didn't click on anything in the emails. It is a fake account under my email that needs closing.

Worse company in the world. Withhold out money just like every other review. Asked ridiculous amount of documents including passport, ID, bank accounts, etc. Never resolved our issues and they still have 4k of our money. They are thiefs!!!!

I was considering upgrading to aristocrat level but I read the reviews, and this software received a lot of one stars. i was still trying to be open minded and I was going to contact customer support to ask a couple of questions.
So I looked on the application for contact information to ask questions about this software. There is no link that I could find for customer service. This sets off a giant red flag, they don't seem to want to be bothered by their customers? I also found it strange that there's no free trial period obviously, they don't want you to know how bad the software works if you use it for a free trial and find that it's a terrible software then you won't pay for it. So there is no free trial period i would recommend not downloading this software
Please do not use this service. Nothing they say or do happens in their stated time and they could care less. Horrible company horrible custome service.
