Not recommendable
Customer service always very responsive and friendly. When it came to the return of the car and costs though, I was referred to clauses hidden deep down in the terms of use. No help, not even a try to meet my request halfway. Will not recommend this company to anybody.

Really strange experience ....they want to charge me 1500 for some almost invisible rim scratches that are not even mentioned in their policies. Next, the guy tells me he is selling the car the same day which means no one will actually fix those scratches - is a way to make easy money on customer's back ...Nice try -
Got the wrong car - and no one replies after a week .... incredibly slow response really mediocre customer experience ...all in all I won t take a 3rd leasing from this company ...thought they are serious but have my doubts after this experience ....

Do not do business with this company
Do not do business with this company. No matter what shape the car is in when you return it they will find any tiny scratch and charge you a ridiculous amount for it. And then they don't take any valid arguments that you present to them. Sh**** company to say the least.

We charge our customers on the basis of how much has to be done and repaired to the car when it is returned, following the guidelines presented on our webpage.
With regards to the given case; your arguments have been looked upon and your case has been reevaluated. The charge, however, has been kept as the damage has not been classified as normal wear and tear according to our classification guidelines.

Every time I was supposed to receive…
Every time I was supposed to receive information I have not. I have not received or signed a contract...even though I have already got the car. You are very aware that I do not speak Danish yet all emails I receive are in Danish. You did not tell me that I had to go to pick the car up between 1300-1600, I only found this out after phoning you myself. This meant that I had to take the day off of work to pick the car up. Really terrible experience so far.

additional expenses for scratch
when the rental is over they send you additional expenses related to car´s scratch without checking with you or giving any proof.
Anyway when i returned back the car was perfect or it was exactly like the first day. i have lot of pictures to prove this.
i´ll change the review if they solve the issue
