It's a scam company... not trustworthy...I never got my order!!!!

beware i bought i item f £3 and unknow to me that signed my up with out knowing to a subscription they took £175 before i stopped them

I have faced with this company couple years ago. There was just membership money taking away from my account, I've never asked for, and found out two month membership was charged twice. When I discovered it, I was complaining and, of curse, they were sorry for making this mistake and send this money back. But I tried to cancel "alien" membership...taking steps that were described in their website but those steps never worked. So I complained again and again until they said ok, ok, we will cancel it for you. In this case to make sure I just completely closed down my bank account an left this bank cause they've told they are not helpful to get my additional 60 EUR back that they were taking away.

I would NOT recommend to to buy anything from Bilablau.

After buying I got a membership I never asked for. My ending of this membership was ignored. With my payment information this company have then felt free to withdraw money from me as they pleased. Over time the sums have increased and become more frequently, without me ever receiving any notification or agreeing to such payments.

Horrible, this company has been taking money from me each month (a lot of money) without me knowing it. Tried contacting the police but they said it is not a crime because it says that they can take a fee each month in the fine print on their website. They trick you and you can't do anything about it, beware!!

This company is fraudully taking money from my account every month and do not answer their calls and the email address does not exist

This company is a scam, AVOID! they have taken over 100 euros from my account this month, I will be taking legal action!

There are many scammers out there bit I know of no other company that will actually steal money from you. Stay as far away as possible.

Scam! They put you in membership without asking you about it. They charged me a lot of money in past 3 years from my account!!

I cannot believe this crowd have been taking money out of my account since september. I do not even remember being in touch with them and i certainly did not request membership.
I had to cancel my bank card and reported them to Fraud Squad in my Bank

Do not trust this company a word! Problem is, you mostly do not know, you're in contact with them, in the moment you see this name on your bank account, let your credit card delete and ask for the payment back! I've never heard about this company but found out, they're charging my card for more than a half year - I just thought is a different product! Check twice what you are doing and do not let yourself fool.

This is a trickster company. There business model is based on fooling people. They way the do it is attracting people with attractive products with low prices. When you buy, you sign up for a membership that cost per month. This is obviously not stated very explicit. They then keep charge you an redicolus amount (for that "premium" membership) every month until you eventually discover it......

I purchased an after shave for 118kr in 2018, to my surprise in july
2019 i received a bill for 1774kr for membership of their company.
This is something I never asked to be a part of or had any Idea they had me as a member.For over a year I had no contact with the company, no reminders e-mail nothing.
I have reported this company to the Swedish police and the swedish consumer protection ,if you have a problem do the same.

they are scammers they take you money for a 12 euros membership your contract comes to you with the first product you buy if you do not want them to take this money you have to enter the page and give up immediately because if you are not going to get 12 euros all months for nothing

Be careful with this company. You can lose ypur money

Just found out I have been charged 129 sek for 11 months after I bought a cheap (54 sek) tube from them last year, this is robbery and I directly cancelled 'membership' on their website, someone (in Denmark) should contact police or whatever is available there to stop this business!
