The service from Bikes Booking was…

The service from Bikes Booking was through the line good. The supplier (in Naples) was ok but instead of navigation not easy to find🤔. The bike was not really new🤔 (big scratches on the cylinders - not very unusual for a twin boxer, but...) The top cases were pretty used and not always smooth in handling. The bike stoos in the sun (38* C!) when I picked it up’(1 Meter behind there was space inough in the shade🤔🙄 I had to adapt the tire pressure after a short trip🤔. The suppliers personal didn’t speak englisch and didn’t know much about the bike (BMW 1200 GS), the vehicle’s driving papers were supposed to be under the seat, after dparture I checked and they weren’t.
At the end many things to rectify in Details, but I think I would do it again (ich was at Naples🤔🙄😂) so Bike’s Booking did the best possible😂

When I booked the scooter I was told a security lock and a top box would be provided only to find out the rental company does not supply these and I was told bikesbooking had made up these items that the specific rental company never claimed to supply ... not happy.

Non-professional service and bad experience

Non-professional service and bad customer service. They canceled my reservation two days before the delivery, and instead of proposing another solution they asked me (paying) to book another scooter with a bigger capacity and for which a specific license was required. Each portal is responsible for the services it offers, and is required to offer a real solution, instead they try to defraud the customer.
Non-compelling answers and continuous excuses, this is not service, this is not professionalism

I love their support

I love their support! i had a problem with my quad bike and they helped me to contact the provider, so he came in a few minutes and solved the issue with my bike. Very efficient!

Disappointed - 30+% overpriced, unreasonably formal approach.

Disappointed. So convenient web site, but so overpriced and so unprofessional service.

They gave me the price 30+% higher than renting directly from the owner. With paid drop-off/pick-up which turned out to be free when you book from the owner.

Their support is only email-based and quite slow. The worst thing is - they refuse to refund the pre-payment excusing themselves with their formal policies and offering that I send the 'the voucher from local rental company' to get their 'price match guarantee' .

Seriously? So you guys want me to book from the owner, send you the papers and then say "Mr Owner, thank you, please cancel because I booked just to get 'price match guarantee' from BikesBooking"? You're so funny :))))

Avoid booking through them, they just don't deserve it. Contact owner directly instead.

Cancellation policy is clearly described on the booking page and in your Voucher. We are sorry that you didn't read it before booking. Small online prepayment is not refundable, however, you was never charged a full rental price.

Regarding the incorrect prices, seems that rental company have added higher prices to the system - we will investigate the case and will force the rental company to lower their prices, because we always offer the best prices and they are always similar to the prices of rental companies.

I can’t recommend cause they accept booking and took the money form account and one day later they send me email ‘ we can’t delivery your quadbike to Zakynthos”. I’m waiting for get my money back.

I was forced to pay almost twice for the one day.

I booked scooter from saturday to sunday in mallorca, bikesbooking confirmed it and send me a voucher. However the evening before rental they contact me to say that rental company (cooltra) doesn't work on sundays. They gave me options to return it same evening (the whole point was to go watch sunset to the lighthouse with my girlfriend so thats not gonna work) or pay for extra day that i don't need. I asked if i can rent it now (friday evening) and return it saturday. Bikesbooking just told me to handle that myself and told me to contact cooltra. Well i went to their office and the customer servant was very helpful. But the fact i now had confirmation from bikesbooking at saturday 13.00 to 20.00, with the price for full 24h, and no way to change that, i needed to make seperate booking from now to 13.00 and pay even more for that.

TL;DR i was forced to pay almost two days rent for one day. If possible, stay away from bikesbooking and rent directly from cooltra.

There were many other scooters available with an instant confirmation. Rental company didn't accept your booking request and when we saw this - we offered you the same scooter from another rental company. We have only paid deposits at the moment, we are renting 12 Scooters in Napoli in May, initial booking was great took some time to sort 12 scooters from one pick which is understandable,
