I still haven't received my order and…
I still haven't received my order and it has been over 3 weeks now since I had a despatch email, I've emailed two or three times asking what's going on with my order and got NO response at all. It wouldn't be as bad if I at least got some sort of idea on what's going on, but the customer service is literally non existent. On top of that Biker Rings still have the nerve to keep sending me emails asking me to rate my experience with them but they can't respond back to my queries about an order I haven't even received? Make that make sense to me. Avoid this company at all costs, they are terrible on every level.

Wouldn’t waste your time!
I ordered a t shirt with you months ago which I received, I then sent it back as it didn’t fit and explained in a note in my parcel that I would like the bigger size to be sent out. No one ever answered. I’ve then emailed explaining, again no one answered. I’ve then ordered another one which has come yet either! Your customer service is awful there’s no number to call no one answers the emails! I wish I never ordered from you and I won’t be again!

SCAM COMPANY - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
My partner ordered items a month ago for a birthday present. Had an email to say they were dispatched 3 weeks ago and nothing has arrived. They’ve ignored emails asking where the items are and suspiciously have no phone number. Biker-Rings (and Rockmerch who they are registered as at Companies House) upon research seem to be proven fraudsters with the name Carl Harrison popping up in both. Need to be reported to Action Fraud and Trading Standards.

Seems to be a common thread here. Order despatched apparently but a) not arrived and b) no response when chasing for tracking information. Just want the t shirt guys or a refund. Not cool that many others are experiencing the same issue. Sort it out or an escalation to reading standards I think. Please just reply to the mail.

Ordered mid January and still nothing has arrived I ordered 3 T-shirts for £30. I’ve emailed multiple times and had no response. I wish I had seen others trust pilot reviews first as this is clearly and unfortunately a SCAM website!

Money stolen by these liars!!!!
If I could give minus stars I would as they are nothing better than thieves. I paid for a t-shirt late November and after getting a lame apology in January and a guarantee it would be sent out straight away still no T-shirt. They are now ignoring my emails so are liars who have stolen my money. I’ve been on to Trading Standards so hopefully they suffer for this
