I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Tradeinn/Bikeinn and would strongly caution others before ordering.
I purchased an item in advance for a specific event based on their advertised delivery window. The order arrived late and after the event, making it completely useless for its intended purpose.
Customer service was equally frustrating. Responses were generic, dismissive, and simply redirected me to the courier instead of taking any responsibility.
After multiple complaints, the only “compensation” offered was a 5% discount voucher, with restrictions that make it unusable on many items. Frankly, this felt borderline offensive given the inconvenience caused.
Overall, poor communication, lack of accountability, and inadequate customer care. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Late delivery, refusal to honour warranty claim
I made an order with 5 items, all "in stock", it still took a full month to deliver. One of the items was faulty, a seatpost with a hole in it. I made a claim following the recommended process and they came back saying everything is fine. No picture, on their site or the manufacturers site, show that hole, because a seatpost does NOT need holes. Still waiting for an answer to my complaint... Last time I buy from them.
Update: as other reviewers have mentioned, unfortunately the public answers in Trustpilot are pretty quick (less than 1 day!), but one week later I am still waiting from an actual answer from the support service. So this is just a tool for them to pretend they care.
As conclusion, look at their ratings here. About 60% give 5 stars. 20% give 1 star. The rest fall in the middle. If you are lucky and everything goes well, congratulations. But if it goes wrong, it will be terribly wrong, their support is terrible. Buy at your own risk, and only items with low value where you can afford to lose the money or accept something you did not want, as it is my case. As mentioned above, last time I ever do business with them.

Extended delivery date
I placed my order on May 13, and at the time of purchase the estimated delivery time was 10 days. However, since then the delivery date has been repeatedly postponed every few days. Instead of receiving my order within the promised timeframe, I am now being told that delivery may occur sometime between June 4 and June 10.
Delays can happen, and I understand that. A delay of a few days would be acceptable. What is not acceptable is a delay of nearly a month with no clear or reliable delivery date.
To make matters worse, I contacted customer service and requested to cancel the order so I could purchase the wheels from another supplier. My request was refused on the grounds that I had agreed to their purchasing policy. This leaves me stuck waiting for an order that has already been significantly delayed, with no guarantee that the latest delivery estimate will actually be met.
Very disappointing experience. Poor communication, repeated delivery extensions, and no flexibility when a customer wants to cancel due to excessive delays.

Potential customers be warned
Potential customers be warned! I have had a very poor experience with this company. I have already submitted a summary of the very expensive return costs for a pair of shoes (almost £5 more than the delivery charge), a return that was necessary due to the unreliability of shoe sizing - hardly the fault of a customer. Since then there has been more frustration and disappointment. The item I bought was delivered to me within 6 days, but the return took very nearly 3 weeks - despite the tracking showing its delivery 2 days after despatch. My refund arrived one whole month after purchase - but it left me with no purchase and being a whopping £18.48 out of pocket, that figure represents all of the carriage costs. Some folks might like take a chance and I wish them good luck, but I will never use this site again.

Delivery time is awful. They send damaged goods and made it as hard as possible to get a refund. They would not give me my money back unless I sent the parcel back to Spain and I paid the postage for it which I do not need to do as the goods were damaged. I had to claim through PayPal to get the money back.

A huge selection of bicycle parts and accessories, all new, original, and in factory packaging. Practically immediately available. Some forums reported that some people had to wait quite a while, but I was surprised when mine arrived from Spain to Poland within six days of ordering. Fast and professional. I highly recommend this company and its extensive, multi-vendor network of stores.

CCheaper than some, but significant delays in getting it.
I ordered a garmin mount for my MTB. Estimated delivery 20-22nd May. As of today -28th May - still not arrived. I emailed them on 22nd saying nothing has arrived. Their automated response was "It is in our system. You can expect our best service...". Summary: Cheaper than some, but expect a significant delay in the product arriving. I can't comment on the product as yet, because it STILL hasn't arrived.

Delivery time is BAD.
Delivery time is bad. Ordered 19.5, parcel created 19.5 and then nothing happened in 4 days. Accepted and in transit 23.5, now 27.5 somewhere center hub.
Normal? Kinda, but far from webshop estimated delivery times. Not a miracle if package sits at warehouse 4 days.
What does customer service?
Lies that parcel has been picked up, sometimes tracking just takes couple days to start working...
2 stars because prices.

Dispatch is quite slow.
Excellent range of products at keen prices. Just let down by slow delivery. Items are shipped from Italy or Spain etc which obviously takes time. But taking six days to actually dispatch the item before the delivery journey even starts makes it a long wait. I routinely get bike parts delivered from China in around half the time of BikeInn

US Customers - Don't Use This Site!!!!
For $145 in merchandise I paid $35 in shipping (which I knew about) and a whopping $91 in duties/tariffs/customer/taxes/fees (which I didn't know about). Turned a good deal into a very bad deal.
They claim it was my responsibility to read the fine print. That's garbage.
Buy your stuff elsewhere if you are located in the US!!!!!!

BMC roadmachine 01 AMP.
I can set the support speed on the ( coloured) display,
However the support stops at 25 km/ h

Dont trust the websites delivery estimat
Do not trust the delivery times posted on their website. They are an absolute joke! I bought the parts for a gift with a 5 day buffer. (Which wasn’t enough).
All the items I bought where in stock but both my orders are still in transit while being 2-3 days over due for delivery.
It is 2026. You should hire some decent DS staff to fix the algorithm used for delivery time estimates.

BikeInn - Just Don't
I ordered a Mavic wheelset and other items from these guys on 19/04/2026.
I received the rear wheel of the wheelset in a box that looked like it had been through a war 4 weeks later on the 20/05/2026. No extra padding or packaging had been used and the ends of the hub were poking through the cardboard. Luckily it wasn't damaged.
A week after this, I received the other items from my order. Again, the packaging was shoddy. with items such as sunglasses thrown into an unpadded post bag with other items and no protective packaging around them. Thankfully they weren't damaged.
After 5 weeks I've still not received the front wheel from my wheelset and attempts to contact customer service have been frustrating at best.
I've been told on numerous occasions to be patient (after 5 weeks of waiting).
I've been told that according to their records all items have been delivered.
I've been told that I need to initiate a product return for receiving the incorrect product - even though the rear wheel is correct.
If you like being told to be patient with no real action taken, and not receiving the items you purchased, then this is the bike shop for you.
Otherwise if you value your money, time, and mental state, I'd suggest steering clear. It's not worth the hassle. Just don't.
Update: 01/06/26 - So they respond to this review with "we are terribly sorry and please send us your order number". But don't provide any other means of sending them my order number other than by going through the same support channels that have already given me the run around. How many customers would have bought a mavic wheelset on the day in question? And of those customers, how many would have reported not having a front wheel delivered. ?
This is a "Save Public Face" response at best....
Once again...Just don't...
