Postage to the UK just takes too long. The preces are cheap and rarely do I need to pay import taxes but 10 days postage from Spain is unacceptable when China only takes 5 days!

You would have to be mad to purchase from bikeinn after reading the reviews. Customer service is non existent, that’s not an exaggeration.
Ordered $2600 worth of parts, delayed delivery, then when it was posted it arrived in Australia and sat at customs for 10 days. I pleaded with bikeinn to check on it, only to be meet with the automated “keep an eye on your tracking number, it’s on its way”. Then the tracking said it was awaiting departure back to Europe they still wouldn’t help saying it was “on its way”. It was returned to Europe and sat in holland for a week and still bikeinn maintained it was on its way.
10 weeks in I asked for my money back. They said “returned items need to be checked before refunds”. I explained it’s NOT a return as I never received it. Strangely they didn’t refund my money or make any attempt to deliver my items. I then filled a PayPal dispute (thank Christ I used PayPal) and the moment I did bikeinn sent me a non automated msg (the first one ever) saying “because you have made a dispute we are no longer going to communicate with you”.
How good is that. And they fought it every step of the way, it has taken 4 months to finally get my money back.
Buyers be very aware.

Customer service is diabolical. They sent me the wrong part, which was mislabeled either by them or the manufacturer. They refused the return request. If you have something go wrong with your order, you are screwed.
I used to have a good opinion of this company and my interactions with their support were great a few years ago. Very recently I suspect they’ve either hired worse humans or have a terrible AI to deal with as recent questions about manufacture part numbers for products on their website resulted in unhelpful and nonsensical responses.

Absolutely horrible customer support, my parcel has been reported damaged by the carrier, stuck at the depot and never arrived to me. All I get is automatic replies with the tracking number. No information if it will be reshipped or refunded. Six support tickets, all useless

Reasonable prices terrible shipping.
Also confusing stock indication.
Items show in stock but after you place the order you can see it will arrive in their deposit in 3-6 days.
I would have not ordered those items if I knew in the first place.

This is a great example of where an organisation has invested into chatbot technology at the expense of customer experience. I placed an order on the 9th May with an expected delivery of 21-23 May, here we are on the 8th June and I still have not received anything (despite BikeInn charging me for the item - £1375).
The tracking information provided is next to useless, and they have washed their hands of me now the item has been 'shipped'
despite multiple times to try and speak to a human all I get are automated chatbot responses. I already know what the response to this message will be. (something like 'delivery times are estimates, you can choose another courier, we are keen to improve etc etc). Which I will ignore as it'll be auto generated.
I'm now preparing for a chargeback from my UK credit card provider for non delivery. Such a shame as prices, website and payment experience is all OK, but they have forgotten about the customer.
I'm not usually a fan of leaving negative reviews before discussing with the retailer, but in this case it's impossible to speak to them, so I am at a complete loss as to what to do next.
I have been shopping online for decades and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had, and would seriously advise potential purchasers to look elsewhere. (also check out the TradeInn reviews, far more terrible than BikeInn but obviously part of the same group)
update 15/06 - finally received bike, all in good condition so have increased rating. I do still feel that by not relying solely on chatbot/AI tech to keep customers informed, and by not stating unrealistic delivery estimates, the amount of negative reviews would reduce dramatically.

Ordered a frame from bikeinn. I regretted after a few hours. Tried to get in contact, but there is no easy way to get in touch. When they answered me, it was to late to cancel the order. I bought the frame refurbed but it should be in perfect condition. There were scuff marks on the frame, and a headset expander installed that was not functioning. Had to cut the fork to get it out. Bad experience!!
