Do not order from this webshop!!! They charged me a higher amount than the order TOTAL amount was when I placed the order. Scammers!!! Although they confirmed that it was their fault and they will refund the price within 7 days, I have not received a refund yet and no response from them after several reminder.
05.30: finally the issue is closed, after at least 25 emails and reminders, including the European Consumer Centre and after starting chargeback procedure with my Bank.
05.22: still no refund received.
05.20: still no response from BikeInn Customer Service after several reminder.
05.19 update: still no response from BikeInn, no refund done. Please reply to my mail.

The delivery was longer than expected
The delivery was longer than expected, and when asking about the quality of the product after my purchase I didn't get a reply. There was no option on there site to ask this specific question, so had to use another option.The product was as described though and was the cheapest I could find at the time of looking. Just don't expect a person to answer any of your questions.

Incorrect item sent, but no free return
I ordered some socks, but the socks I got are of the wrong size (even though the label is correct). I sent them a picture showing the product doesn't match, but they insist I need to pay for the return myself.

Tons of parts and stuff to great prices. Only downside is the delivery time, they are to long and sometimes I can’t send the parts to me. Ordered a rim and a tire and when I added the tire the delivery time went up 10 days?? How is that possible?

They lie about the stock. They lie about the delivery time. When it has expired, they lie again. If you ask them, they don't even give an approximate time. They deleted the inconvenient comment.
I gave up on the order and lost the amount related to the currency exchange commissions. The product costs about 1700 euros.
I do not recommend bikeinn.com even for smaller amounts! Disappointing!

The product is very good but they have the slowest dispatch and postage.
It can take a month to get something you've ordered.
If you want to receive your item in less that a month buy else where.

Wrong product image on the website, compared to the product I was sent.
Update
I'm improving my review from one star to two because I was offer to return the item. Unfortunately the product was already wrapped on my bike by my local bike shop so it's to late to return the item. Hence why I was so disappointed.
This is not a reflection on the product, it's still very nice but wasn't the look I was. Going after.

Don’t trust the delivery time
Don’t trust the delivery time. I placed an order on the 3rd of May and it hasn’t even been shipped yet. They always claim a 2-3 day delivery but it never happens. Currently they’re saying my gloves are delayed so they can’t send them but on the website they’re listed as in stock and ready to ship. This is a scam!
