Quick delivery
Quick delivery. I really like the bags. The only thing l was a bit disappointed with was the fact that on one of the bags the clips are black. They were red in the photos l used for ordering. I like a bit of colour on my bike things🙂

Thank you for your order. The courier tried to deliver but you weren't in so they delivered the next day, on a Saturday. May we suggest using the express shipping option if you require faster delivery service, but this obviously costs a bit more.

My electric bike desperately needed a service. Great help on the phone. Left my bike on Thursday afternoon and got it back on Friday afternoon. What more could you ask for and had a happy ride home. Extremely informative and great price. Would highly recommend and use again. 😁

I highly recommend Bike Boom for cycle repairs.
My wife had a problem with her Fiido Electric bike. The speed controller as soon as activated went full speed almost like a motorbike doing a "wheel", she was thrown off and the bike hit the kerb on the left hand side of back wheel severely bending the plate there. I took the bike to BikeBoom near Portslade and was told he would have a look at it, explaining that the plate on the left would probably require replacing and magnets in the rear wheel would need to be sorted. (a problem I believe with Chinese E bikes) When all was completed we were ready to collect the bike, my wife tried it immediately we arrived and is now "over the moon" with how well it works again. Thank you Bike Boom for an excellent service.

We have issued a refund after the the 3rd failed delivery and following failed re-delivery attempts to your given address. Unfortunately we can't give refunds out while the package is still out for delivery for obvious reasons.

I have not received any update on my order after more than three weeks and no reply to my query about it's progress. It was meant to be in stock and available for dispatch.

Unfortunately we are not aware of packages not being delivered unless it is flagged up by the customer. All of the products on our website are in stock and ready to ship. We sent you a replacement the day you alerted us, along with an apology.

Unfortunately some packages get delayed for whatever reason. We sent out a replacement as soon as you contacted us and were made aware of the missing package. We offer the option of an express delivery for just £2 more than our standard delivery using DPD. Evri are 98% good in our experience.
