Called them up and they set up a meeting soon as I was available as my situation was complicated as it was ongoing for nearly 2 years. They assured me they would sort it out and would hear from them in 2-3 weeks which mib had got back and set up an interview and medical which was a relief after 2 years. 100% would recommend for a fast reliable service.

Car driver hit and run...
I was cut off by a car at night who hit me and then left the scene. Bike Angels helped arrange everything from my bike to be recovered to compensation for injury. The staff were amazing, polite and understand what I was going through and were very sympathetic. I have the number on speed dial!

I was stationary when someone hit me from behind at a roundabout. With one call, Bikeangels organised everything from a hire bike, to concluding the claim. They continuously kept me updated throughout the process, allowing me to use a repairer of my choice as well.
