Excellent service

Good prices, vast choices and they ship fast.
One product I purchased did not meet my expectations, but their customer service was quick to respond and helped sort out the issue (even though they strictly didn't have to!).

Will definitely use them again

Waiting for a month, didnt get anything

Ordered garmin watches to be delivered to Cyprus, they took my money, send the package and then it was returned to the destination because it has battery in it as per their support. I assume they need either not allow to make an order or use a proper shipment method... So I was waiting a month and then forced to order it somewhere else

Upd: They refused to reship it and I am still waiting for a refund..

Great Customer Service

I had an issue with delivery, with DHL. Whilst DHL was unreachable, Bike24 - specifically Grace - answered at the first call and followed up with DHL until the issue was completely resolved, even calling me back to keep me updated. Top quality Customer service.

Happy with customer service

I ordered already 3 times at Bike24. This time I ordered a rack and some straps to attach drybags on my bike. The straps had a deficiency and broke very quickly while doing a first test just at home, while letting my drybags attached for one night. I contacted customer service which relplied quicky and immediately reimbursed the money for the broken straps. Good service, can only recommend!

Very disappointed with the Express Service and Customer Support

I placed an order and paid an extra fee for express shipping, expecting delivery by June 19th.

According to their website, the order was "processed and ready to ship". Since then, total radio silence. No DHL tracking number was provided, and the package did not arrive on the promised date.

To make matters worse, when trying to contact customer service to solve this, I only receive automated email replies stating they have a "high volume of inquiries."

It is unacceptable to charge customers an extra premium fee for an urgent service and then provide no tracking and zero human support when things go wrong. I expect a prompt update on my package and a full refund of the express shipping fee.

Absolute garbage customer service!!

Absolute garbage customer service!!

My package has been stuck in customs for over almost 2 weeks and Bike24 are not responding to any emails to try and resolve the issue.
I have been using them for a many years but now I had a small problem and there is zero help/communication.

I understand unforeseen things can happen and I don't mind that, but what really kills the experience is the lack of communication and actions to try and resolve the issue, leaving me to chase the package.

Very disappointing and makes me want to steer away from this shop.

DHL Service hurts Bike24 Brand

Incredibly poor and dishonest. Delivery and courier company makes me question the savings i get from purchasing with Bike 24. wasted time and energy chasing DHL who claimed they came only did 4 days late.

Deeply disappointed with my order – Poor service and delivery issues

Dear Bike24 Team,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent order. I received a request to leave a review, and I feel it is necessary to share my experience directly with your customer service first.
As a first-time customer who decided to try Bike24 after regularly buying from your competitors, I am extremely let down by your service. Here is why:
1. False shipping promises: Your website states that orders placed before 3:00 PM are shipped on the same day. I placed my order on June 11th at 12:07 PM. However, I only received an email stating the order was ready for shipping on June 13th around lunchtime. It took you two full days just to pack a few small items (two folding tires, two chains, a derailleur, and a cassette).
2. Misleading courier information: Your website explicitly states that shipping is handled by DHL or DPD. Instead, I was given an Omniva tracking number.
3. Severe delivery delays: Today is June 19th. It has been 8 days since I placed the order, and according to the tracking information, Omniva has not even received the physical parcel from you yet.
4. Unfair and overpriced shipping: I paid €14.99 for shipping to Latvia. Meanwhile, shipping to Estonia costs €9.99. Given the terrible speed and logistics of this delivery, this price is absolutely unfair and unjustified, especially for a small parcel with no oversized items.
To give you some context, I previously ordered from bike-discount.de. Their shipping costs €9.99, and the parcel always arrives in Latvia within 5 days.
I chose Bike24 expecting premium service, but instead, I received slow processing, misleading carrier information, and overpriced shipping. This experience has left a very bad impression, and frankly, it makes me want to return to your competitors for my future cycling needs.
I look forward to hearing your explanation regarding this situation and how you intend to resolve it.

I am downgrading my review to 1 star. Your response is just a bunch of poor excuses. High order volume is a management failure, not the customer’s problem. If you charge a premium €14.99 for shipping, customers expect a premium courier service like DHL or DPD as advertised, not a slow budget post network that takes over a week. Your geographical excuses make no sense either—Latvia and Estonia are neighboring countries, but you overcharge Latvia while your competitors manage to deliver there via DHL within 5 days for €9.95. This template reply proves you care more about excuses than actual customer service.
Good luck with your business, you will definitely need it with this kind of service.

We would also like to clarify a few points transparently: Our shipping promise “Order before 3 PM, shipped the same day” applies exclusively to orders within Germany. In addition, this promise is currently temporarily not active due to a high order volume and is not being advertised at this time. For international shipments, the estimated delivery times are shown transparently during checkout and, in your case, were 5–9 working days (excluding weekends).

In your specific case, the shipment has been handed over to our international logistics partner and is already on its way to you. Please note that tracking updates for international deliveries may appear with some delay.

Regarding shipping carriers, we would also like to briefly explain that the logistics partners used may vary depending on the destination country and transport route. You can find an overview of all shipping carriers we work with at any time on our website in the footer section.

Shipping costs also differ depending on the destination country. They are based on transportation distances, logistical processes, the costs of local delivery networks in the destination country, as well as additional handling and import-related expenses. Therefore, country-specific differences may occur.
