Stay away from this webshop ....really poor experience!
I ordered a personalized necklace as a Secret Santa gift. The webshop states that a shipping tracking code will be sent by email once the order is dispatched. Instead, I only received an email saying the order was “sent,” with two buttons redirecting me back to the webshop. To “track” the order there, I was asked to install a shopping app — yet customer service later claimed they never ask customers to download any app, which shows a clear lack of internal communication.
Nearly a week passed with no delivery, no tracking number, and no clear information about where the package was. Because of the delay, I had to find another gift at the last minute and eventually requested a refund. Very disappointing experience.
