I’ve been having serious chronic pain issues in my neck and shoulders. I’m also recovering from a broken ankle. Vincent did an amazing job with a deep-tissue pain-relieving massage. Being pain-free is amazing.

Bigtoe actually overcharged me for add ons that Alex was not able to accept. I would give Bigtoe 2stars Alex 5 stars, 100 stars if I could,he was sweet , gentle and caring! Would definitely choose him again

If you are considering setting up an appointment with BigToe Massage, please read the following. At 8:30am on Saturday, November 29, 2025, I set up a massage appointment with the company. A massage therapist agreed to come to home at 6pm that day. As per the company’s practice, I prepaid for the visit.

Later that morning, I had a medical event. I fainted twice at a restaurant, and an EMS ambulance had to take me to emergency room. I had to stay at the hospital overnight.

At about 3:30pm on November 29, 2 ½ hours before my appointment, I remembered my massage appointment and email a cancellation notice. (There is no ability to talk with this company.) In my cancellation communication, I included a picture of my emergency room ID bracelet to show this unusual circumstance.

Two days later, I found on my credit card statement a charge for the services the company did not render, including a generous $20 tip that I apparently decided to give to a masseuse whose services I never got to enjoy. That same day, BigToe said it would not refund the money regardless of the circumstances, nor would it consider rescheduling the appointment that I had already paid for to some other day.

Please factor in the company’s “who cares?” attitude toward me and my situation before you consider engaging their services.

No small talk. Told him was too hard and he did not lessen pressure. Did not change sheets after previous person. Did not cover face cushion.
