Breach of guidelines
Not a positive feeling
1. I was asked to pay an extra, almost CHF 200.- because, allegedly, the truck they sent could not access my street. Needless to say, construction companies regularly enter the street with heavy equipment (including containers). Also, they knew the address and could have easily checked before sending the truck. I ended up paying almost double what was advertised, and I am certainly not happy about it.
2. In addition, I received the invoice on December 23, 2024, and was given until January 1, 2025, to pay it! This is highly unusual (the normal payment deadline in Switzerland is 30 days).
Unlike a previous customer, I will certainly not ask for another big sack. It is simply not worth it. I will return to our local providers of similar services, who are able to communicate the cost of their services and stick to it.

Allow us to clarify a few points about our service:
A difficult access prevents our standard crane trucks from collecting the Big Sack. Our instructions specify that the collection site must allow clear access for the truck as well as for the Big Sack(s). This includes conditions such as a road wide enough to deploy the stabilizers or access without sharp turns. When these conditions are not met, adjustments may be necessary. Prior to every collection, we contact our clients to inform them of any identified challenges and ensure they understand any adjustments required.
Regarding invoicing, all our B2C clients are given a standard payment term of 10 days. However, we fully understand that specific circumstances might require additional time. In such cases, we are more than happy to discuss and provide an extended deadline if needed.
Lastly, we would like to highlight that reviews such as yours have a direct and significant impact on a small business like ours. We strive to deliver quality service while maintaining transparency about our processes. We hope you can appreciate our commitment to continuously improving and preventing misunderstandings in the future.
