The perfect service
I can't thank thease guys enough!
I have ordered about a couple of dozen times by now, but on my last order they accidentally had a slight problem with one of my orders. So to make up for this one off mistake, they not only sorted my order out, but they also wrote a nice hand written apology letter and they kindly chucked in an extra 3.5 for the hassle.

Great customer service. Super quick turnaround! (Orders at 12pm Wednesday, dispatched by 4pm Wednesday, delivered midday on Thursday!) and slightly over the G ordered. Thanks so much BigPiff!
We don’t order/buy anywhere else now and the only time they were a teeny bit short they gave us a free G next time around which was also slightly over 🤩

Legit and great quality on line shop
Great shop with fantastic selection and super fast delivery. After buying from selected few shops for the last two years, i was happy to find Bigpiff as an additional place to go to get my herbs. Having spent lots of money on scam sites I read about Bigpiff in a magazine and they came highly recommended and trustworthy and it was absolutely correct. I received my order in 2 working days well sealed and discreet. I even recieved a gift.
I highly recommend Bigspiff for all your smoking or vaping goodies. Great service.
