The Otto Hutt design 01 pencil is new to me; I changed the lead to my preferred Ain Pentel 2B and tried it. The weight of the pencil and its relatively slim design suit my writing technique. The carry leather case is stylish. Overall verdict: I like this pencil very much. Thank you very much for all of your help.

I was thrilled to find on Big Pen’s website a pen I have been looking for. However when I realized they were a company in Europe (I am a buyer in the US), I thought it would be a hassle to purchase from them due to tariffs. However, it could not have been easier! The price I paid included all tariff so there were no additional fees to pay. I was impressed with how quickly the pen I ordered was shipped and the care that was taken in packaging the pen so it was not damaged during transit. Big Pen were the only shop whose online stock refelcted their actual availability. I went through 8 stores in my quest to purchase the Namiki Capless Raden Galaxy. Big Pen not only had the pen but they shipped it to me here in Toronto in just under 7 days.

The pen arrived exceptionally well packaged, safe and beautiful. As a bonus the price was very good, although I was less concerned with cost and more with their service. The whole experience was among the best online shopping I have had.
