Big Padlock customer review
The manager Kevin took time to explain the procedure and the costs and then showed me my storage room.
I was pleased to see that it was clean dry and secure.

Bad service, damp lockers
Absolutely sucks. Used to be a good company to deal with but god help you if you get ill - miss a payment and 'new policy' from Head Office means you are straight onto threats, an emptied locker and losing all your goods. REALLY helpful if your illness is stress-related. Last winter the damp / moisture problem was so bad people could write their name with their fingers onto the outside of the locker doors. I out 6 damp traps in my locker - all were completely filled within a couple of weeks. I was paying £100+ per month to try avoid that kind of thing. There's loads of alternatives out there, give them a try first.

Excellent! Big Padlock Ayr.
Used the Big Padlock storage in Ayr for three months while we waited to move into our new house, they have been brilliant. Easy to deal with, secure and dry storage units, good value and lovely people.
Highly recommend them.
