Great storage facility
Great storage facility. Items very well protected and cctv in place. Staff are fantastic and truly help customers. Trolleys available to move items easily into units and padlock supplied. Also fob given to open external shutter to gain access to the storage unit area. Sadly only problem i experienced was me and my friend turned up on sunday at 9am and tried the fob for the external shutter in the pouring down rain to gain access to the storage unit area, and the fob did not work. I rang the number and managed to speak to some guy who sounded like I had just woke him up out of his bed. I stated that the key fob for the external shutter to allow us access to our storage unit was not working and he informed me it will not work until 10am on Sundays. So me and my friend had to wait around for an hour sitting in our car until we could gain access to our own personal belongings. Originally when taking up a unit with this company, we were not informed of no access on sundays until 10am and we had been driving to the unit for nearly an hour in the bad weather just to sit around for an hour in our car on arrival before we could access the storage unit area. So not exactly 24 hour access. So due to this experience I can only give 4 stars.
