I placed an order on 2/27/2023. It's now 3/13/2023 and has been in Grand Prarie, TX for almost a week. I inquired on 3/10/2023 and all of a sudden, it changed to "In transit" but it's still not here 3 days later and I'm in Oklahoma (one state up). I will NEVER order from here again. I'm now questioning whether the product I ordered is legit. VERY DISAPPOINTING

bigmagz.com it is a poor company located in China. do not order from them. I ordered 4 products and only 3 arrived. one of the product I ordered at the same time with the others never arrived. I sent sent several emails and no refund or product was sent. Nobody responded to my last 3 emails and prior to that there were lies about the shipments.
amazon has better quality products

They sent the wrong size item and made no attempt to correct it other than the price difference. If I would have wanted the 16”retractable tool I would have ordered that one. I Will NEVER order from them again.

I love BigMagz! Almost all time they have competitive price and can't stop buysing something from them. You can find much cheaper item which Amazon,walmart selling at high profit margin. but they are based on MA , which enabling them to make fasest deliveries.

Bought a hair trimmer and mosquito exterminatot. Both items arrived on time and both items were exactly as described. The packaging of trimmer was little damaged but it’s not their fault and trimmer itself was well protected in its own box. Overall good experience.

I ordered recently. First of all delivered on time. Secondly product is a same as described. 100% recommended

I personally think that BigMagz is a scam. I ordered books for my children. It’s almost 3 months now and I haven’t received my order. When I made a follow-up, they said that the parcels are with couriers but unfortunately they can not track them. That’s such a disappointment, especially to my kids who have been waiting for their books to be delivered.

TOTAL SCAM! BE AWARE! Reviews are fake on all of the products, I’ve been waiting for my security camera for 100$ and I never received it. ALL REVIEWS ARE FAKE, THEY TOOK IT FROM ALIEXPRESS, YOUR ORDERS COME FROM CHINA AND COST 50-60% OF BIGMAGZ PRICES. NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!

I ordered a new product that is out, the product came within three working days. And then I ordered another item from them and accidently didnt fill my address out correctly they called me to correct it and I recieved my package the next day. You have the option to pay with your Amazon account, paypal, carte blue or this new service called Klara which allows you to pay in three installments. I think they must be connected with Amazon if you can use your account. I like it, it feels like they have all the new gadgets you see in infomercials.
