Shipping was fast and they have a great selection. I only gave 4 stars because I kept having problems ordering from their site but was able to call the shop and easily get my order placed.
Great service with quick delivery. The tracking process was a little strange said delivered but wasn’t. Had 2 tracking so was a little confused. But the product arrived safe with no damage.

Big Jeff response is great
Big Jeff response is great! I had commented recently on a video on YouTube that he did about an amp I wanted to purchase from his store. He commented with professionalism and respect. And his products are great! The amp and subwoofers I purchased are exactly what I was looking for. Shipping got a bit delayed but that was not on his end. It was more of a postal service issue . But other than that. I'm looking forward to ordering more products from big Jeff. I'm gonna be upgrading my door speakers eventually and a better battery soon to. So I will be ordering from his store.

This is my first time ordering online…
This is my first time ordering online and I called the store for reassurance purposes and got on the phone with a young lady named Tatiyanna and she walked me through the process over the phone to make it more comfortable for me. Both of my speakers double boxed and were handled with extreme care. I will definitely be shopping with Big Jeff again! 10/10 customer service

SHIPPING IS FALSE!
Shipping is false!! Says 2-4 days. Every time i have ordered it has been 1-2 weeks. Ad says " see details " link does not exist. " Contact us " link does not exist. This is the third time. Never using them again. Still havent received product. UPS shows " label created but not shipped" . This is the second week. Buyer beware.

stay away from big jeff the savings is not worth the cost
sent a "new" non working beat up amplifier that looked like it was dropped before it was shipped then didn't protect it when it was boxed for shipping and can't replace it refuses to issue a refund just useless store credit.
