Big green smile are excellent…
Big green smile are an excellent company. When we had a delivery error big green smile rectified it immediately and we're really friendly about it all. I love shopping here knowing that I'm doing something for the environment and knowing that they also have amazing customer service too.

Ecozone kettle descaler.
I bought ecozone kettle descaler which came in three packets, directions said to use 2 packets on a heavily scaled kettle, and to wait 20-30 minutes. Well after an hour it really didn't do much and after 2 hours, well the disappointment sunk in and had to purchase another product to do the job. They claim that this is 100% citric acid, and the second product also says the same and did the job that ecozone product failed to do within minutes. Yes, I know £4 isn't breaking the bank, but in reality it did nothing in comparison to the second product. I even emailed them just over 2 weeks ago to tell them how unsatisfied i was with their product, totally ignored me.

After first failed delivery
After first failed delivery, there was some confusion about whether box would be delivered to my home or to the local depot and when. Fortunately it came here when I was at home.
