When I ordered three weeks ago, there was no mention of possible delays due to a warehouse move. One week ago I receive an apology for the delay, which they knew would happen, and reassurance that the delivery will be imminently despatched. I emailed them earlier this week to request an update as I still haven't received a tracking number. No response from their customer service staff. Extremely disapointing from a company that is B Corp and proclaims that customers come first on its website.

Hello? Where is my delivery?

Wish I had read the reviews previously I would not have been taken by the cheap price. My advice spend a bit more to actually receive customer service. Hoping to receive my product at some point... I will update via further negative reviews if not.

Ordered on 27 October, charged to my card on 28 October. To date, 5 November, no delivery and my order shows as still at warehouse. I have called during the advertised time / nobody answered the phone. Have left a voicemail message, no call back. I have sent an email, no reply other than the automated acknowledgment. Yes, you had a change in warehousing but you did not inform of that before I placed my order. Standard confirmation of order email with no info. Only when I searched on your website did I see that you would dispatch from 1st November onwards. Nothing happened with my order since then and you are not responding. But then, you have my money. Perhaps you don’t care about your customers.

This company takes an age to ship goods. I won't be able to use them in the future. I've purchased a lot of bulk items from them but the latest delivery still hasn't been shipped after 7 days despite the items being shown as in stock.

I still haven't received my parcel. I know you guys take a week or so to delver but 15 days and counting is ridiculous

Lovely products delivered on time

Delivery on time and left in the right place thanks. Ecover products are always good. S broken package of citric acid was refunded with out fuss much appreciated

The delivery time was far too slow, so I had to cancel my order and obtain the items from elsewhere.
I needed the items for a specific date and had allowed plenty of time. But it took 5 days before the items were even dispatched. The company did not inform me that there was a delay in delivery. I only found out when I chased my order.
After numerous communications with Customer Service, who were unable to get the items to me in time, I cancelled my order. Delivery was going to take 8 - 10 days in total.
I could not fault the girl in Customer Service. She tried really hard to help me and to explore alternative solutions, but was not able to get the items to me in time.
Following this experience, I would not order from Big Green Smile again.

Ordered 9 days ago spending nearly 50 quid to get free postage on dishwashing tablets. Still not arrived and have to buy more at the supermarket. Order didn't even get dispatched until 5 days after it was made. God knows where it is now!!??

Great price and speedy delivery

Great laundry liquid. Value for money. It lasts a long time and is good for getting clothes clean. Even table clothes with turmeric stains come clean. Delivery quick and efficient.

The package was delivered undamaged on the advised date and within the advised time-slot. I was informed by email of the progress of the delivery. The packaging was appropriate for the type of product.

Order remains undelivered despite promises to deliver by a certain date. No customer service whatsoever. Try to call them before you purchase; you will see they do not open their phone lines during the time advised. I would not recommend anyone orders from them

I've been ordering from Big green smile for years and wouldn't use any other company. Wonderful service time and time again. So many fantastic products, great for the environment, value for money and I love them. Ordering is easy and delivery is prompt. Well packaged in strong boxes, never had any issues. You also can get free samples, which I've used and subsequently bought. Thank you Big Green Smile x
