I ordered 1 skull for my disabled brother it took a year and a half to get it but he did send us an extra trex tooth it just took all most 2 years to get it

ANYONE READING THIS REVIEW, DO NOT BUT FROM THIS “BUSINESS” YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING!! BEEN WAITING FOR 2 MONTHS AND THE SELLER HAS BEEN DECEITFUL. HE/SHE WILL CREATE A LABEL BUT NOT SEND ANYTHING

I have been purchasing from bigfootcasts for 10 years. They have never disappointed. The casts are excellent and well packed. I have never received on broken. I highly recommend them.

It's a scam. I ordered a replica life mask of John Keats. After a couple months of not hearing from them, I sent them an email just to know when I could expect it. No response. A month later I sent another email. Again, no response. I tried calling them. They did not answer the phone and voicemail did not allow messages. After almost 6 months, I received the item, but the plaster was still wet and it was damaged. They never communicated with me at all during all those months, then sent me a damaged item.

I have been working with and purchasing casts from Bigfoot Casts for several years now. As I find footprints in the forest, thru photos as well as measurements, the techs at Bigfoot Casts can match up the dimensions given to casts that they have in their inventory. To date they have matched up 5 casts for me with almost exacting length and width to the footprints I have found.

Amazing customer service as well as communication. The casts themselves are delivered in reasonable time and protected well for shipping.

Ordered a cast and through the tracking number they provided it showed as delivered to a neighbor of mine. Item was actually "delivered" to some random address to someone I've never heard of in my life.

This is a con job to make it look like your item was delivered when it wasn't so they can keep your money and you get nothing in return.

I was happy overall with my product and experience

My order took 3 months to arrive and I was unsuccessful with contacting the business. I filed 3 separate reports with the BBB and finally got results. I did receive my order in the end but I did not have a positive experience with this business.

I bought my wife a cast for Christmas and had it framed. She loved it and put it on display in our living room.

I placed an order for a cast a year ago, and was told that the piece was delayed because of a break-in at their warehouse. After repeated delays, Scott stopped responding all communication about six months ago. I just want the piece delivered or refunded.

EDIT: The company has not responded to my last couple of emails and their phone inbox is full.

UPDATE: Please send me an email when the first parcel gets dropped off at UPS -- I need more than a tracking label to show progress.

Do not buy! This is a rebranded company name for Scott Taylor (Taylor Made Fossils). I assume he has to change names periodically due to the fact that he is a career scammer.

My organization contracted with Mr. Taylor for a large piece. He accepted the first (of 3) ~$7,000 deposits and then communication from him ended almost immediately. We realized something was fishy and informed him we would not pay either of the two remaining installments until he could show us a picture of ANY progress on our order. Of course he could not.

Months after the agreed-upon contract completion date (and three missed deadlines later), we have nothing to show for our money and he has met our demand for a refund with silence. He claims we stuck him with an unsold skeleton. Yeah right... if he had it, we would have bought it.

Find another vendor.

Ordered a Bigfoot statue, 2 months later I've received nothing and no response to my emails...Scam!

This is a scam website - they will take your money and not send anything, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. The reply below is completely false - they have not refunded anything. Lots of other reviews like this. Crooks!
