Contacted my bank and gave all the details, I was refunded within 24 hours, and the bank are reclaiming the money from the company involved, so at least there is an avenue you can get your money back.

If there was a zero stars that would be the one to give!

Don’t, whatever you do go anywhere near this trader.

I ordered a Ninja airfryer on 7th January 2023 through a company called European Trading Limited and paid via their SumUp platform. I’ve come across SumUp before so I had no reason to doubt the transaction. The money was debited from my bank account immediately.

At the time, this model of airfryer was out of stock almost everywhere so I was pleased to find a supplier that had one a available.

Then, on 9th January, I received an email from a company called Bigshop-Uk saying that my item was on its way with a. Tracking number and an expected date of delivery of 19th January. This date has come and gone, no update on delivery and no replies to any of my emails to both Bigshop-Uk, European Trading or the courier, who I now believe to be fake. I tried all the telephone numbers on the website but they turned out to be mobile numbers that just ring out.

I have reported all this to my bank in the hope that they won’t let any more transactions from this company go through. Not sure if I’ll get my money back but I’ll try.

Absolutely disgusting that their website is still live and pretending to sell products.

Definitely a scam, wishing I had checked the reviews before I purchased.
Paid for an air fryer by bank transfer in December - it never came, sent numerous emails with no response.
I checked with bank and money has gone.

This company is a scam I ordered a ninja air fryer and it didn't turn up I have been waiting a month now it cost 210 pounds I am going to trading standards with this. Don't use this company stay away and if big shop uk are reading this I want my money back.

Ordered an air fryer for £210 on 30/12/22 still hasn’t arrived, don’t think it will now. They are not answering calls or emails & can’t get through on online chat.

I ordered an Ninja Airfryer got told it would be delivered last Friday waited in all day. Nothing!!

I’ve tried every way possible to contact them and no one has replied to my phone calls and emails!!

I ordered an airfryer 25.12.22 it has never arrived. I can't get hold of them by either online chat, mobile, email. I have lost £210 which i can't afford to lose. I treated myself for Xmas and this is what happens. Totally gutted. I will not give up, i have their address unless someone contact me then I will be visiting.

Placed an order on Dec 24th,never arrived Jan 9th. Total lost £170. Called and emailed numerous times but not respond from them. its a scam!!

Hi,Don’t-Don’t =use this side-Scam-Scam-Scumbags😡.Item never arrived (even Stupid PayPal-can’t help).Aslo my first purchase (two items-120£ in total)-money went thru but they are making excuses that they web side was down?!So 180£-Loss in total 😓😡.

This seems to be a scam site.

I placed an on-line order and received a professional looking confirmation. The product didn't arrive and now the company is non-contactable by e-mail or phone.
