amazing experience
The staff of the Big Bus Tour Rome were amazing. They gave us some great tips of where to see Rome at sunset and more. This was our first visit and first time using Big Bus Tour and this was the best way to travel in Rome and see the most popular destinations. I would definitely use them again when I return and search for them for other travel destinations.

not good service as expected
Not regular times as expected, too long waiting in all stops.
No internet service in any of te buses taken over 3 days and neither on the night line.
I wont recommend this service.

Not enough stops
There are too many interesting memorable sites and just not enough stops. They should have a stop at piazza repubblica and Torre Argentina where Julius Caesar was killed also the narrative should include more information about that great man and how he was responsible for the enduring legacy of Rome There should be a stop for the Piazza Navonna which connects to the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain also to the market add also a stop at Jewish ghetto that connects to Trestevere neighborhood

When we travel as a family
When we travel as a family, we always plan to book tickets with Big Bus. Our sons love the ease of sitting back, watching the sites go by, and listening to the commentary provided through headphones. The Bus does a good job of staying on schedule and we have never had to wait longer than the determined schedule set by the tour. I recommend this for families with children who are not so enthusiastic about walking to all the sites.

It was easy solution to see and…
It was easy solution to see and discover Rome interest places.
Only one negative that sonetimes the bus is busy so hard to find seats in the roof otherwise everything was OK!

Highly recommended
I booked a 2 day tour with Big Bus Tours hop on hop off, when I visited Rome, as I was a solo traveller I found it the best way to get around and see the sights. I had a ball, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and knowledgeable, which is exactly what you need when traveling solo. I highly recommend the tour and also booking extra sight seeing tours through them you get a great deal.

The bus ride was fine
The bus ride was fine. The only thing that was missing was we didn’t really know when our stops were next. Had to get up and ask the operator on the bus. Was not very clear!

Not great value for our family
Buses not super comfortable and no air conditioned section. Some sights very far from the bus stop. Not great value for our family. Audio guide was fine.
