Big Bear Trailers have been amazing start to finish with supplying my Cheval Liberte Touring XL. Sean helped with all of the modifications I was after and I’m really happy with my new trailer. I had several issues with my car being delayed which meant they had to keep hold of my trailer for much longer than they should have done and nothing was too much trouble for them. Recommend highly if you’re after a new trailer.

Saw the trailer i wanted online, phoned Sean to enquire about a Debon C255 box trailer he had in stock and after a very informative chat we agreed to drive 2 hours that day to pick it up in our motorhome. On arrival Sean talked us through how to set the trailer up and was very meticulous. It was a very pleasant experience buying our trailer from Big Bear trailers and we can highly recommend their services!

Very helpful and knowledgeable company and staff.
When we first enquired about a trailer they were happy to show us around all of their trailers they had to help us decide which trailer was best suited our business.
When we collected the trailer Shaun went through the whole trailer with us and showed us how everything works including all security locks and doors, how to hitch the trailer correctly etc.
They were happy to fit any accessories we needed as an extra including spare wheel holders, motorbike stands, extra tidy downs etc.
All around great experience purchasing trailer from this company. Competively priced as well.

Purchased a Debon trailer from them and nothing was too much trouble.

Brilliant experience throughout. Sean responded very promptly to my enquiries and to my emails, and made buying easy. When I collected the trailer, everything was set up and ready, all the documentation and keys were together, and Sean talked me through everything I needed to know. Great service. If only more companies were like this!

Great price, great service. Sean had the trailer ready for collection as agreed with keys made up into sets, all documentation ready to go and gave me a full walk-around to make sure I understood how to use it before I drove off. Highly recommended.

I found Sean to be knowledgable, patient and very happy to advise. On collection I was given a full guide of the trailer and operation of the functional parts.
He also recommended a great place for tow bar fitting.
