Great communication and very obliging. They held my order for delivery until it was convenient for me. I made some additions to my order and everything came as I ordered.
They always respond quickly to WhatsApp.

Would use again
Received the wrong colour bike due to a packing error but they offered to collect the bike and send a new one. I decided to keep it as I didn't want to be waiting for another colour, and they added me to their VIP club as an apology. Would use again in the future.

As expected
I made a small order here because they had what I needed. Yes, as other reviewers said, they rerouted some items from partners and external warehouses, so be ready to wait more than average, for me it was up 2 weeks. But I got what I ordered. Thanks.
