I have used Breytenbachs for all my legal & UK Home Office applications since i arrived in the UK in 1999 (which included student visas, spousal visa and leave to remain).
All there staff are highly lnowledgeable, professional, friendly and go out of their way to listen to all concerns and provide helpful information and guidance.
Although the Home Office applications are usually long and the amount of information required are extensive, their staff are patient and communication throughout the process is perfect. Sending updates regularly to prevent stress.
After living and working in the UK for 26 years i finally decided to apply for citizenship, seeing that there are so much turmoil in the world at the moment regarding immigration and foreigner's rights to remain.
So the lastest application was for retaining my South African nationality (dual nationality) and applying for British citizenship.
The team of Sam and Laya was outstanding from initial consult to completion and securing positive results on obtaining citizenship.
As you can imagine there were loads of paperwork, but both of them was patient with explaining what was needed and what was still required.
I cant thank both of them enough!

We followed all channels, Telephonic calls, UK website regarding visa visiting Gibraltar for 7hours by cruise ship. No one could tel us if visa required or not. We nearly canceled our 23 day cruise due the visa for 7hours.
Rieksie Berrange walk the extra mile... She game back after proper research that we font require a visa, with documents confirming it.
