Quick delivery
Quick delivery. Was not in a box but in a postage bag, the spare outfit was loose in the bag so I presume this was a return. But the doll was intact and no damage. If I was buying this for a child I would have expected it to be in a box and packaged properly. There is a voice thing inside the doll, no instructions were included, but I'm not using it for this. I bought it for modelling my crochet baby clothes, so for me it's serving a purpose.

Hello Andrea,
Thank you for your review and for highlighting the quick delivery.
We are pleased to hear the doll arrived safely and is serving its purpose for displaying your crochet baby clothes. We are, however, sorry to hear that the packaging and presentation did not meet your expectations. Your feedback regarding the packaging and missing instructions is appreciated and will be passed on to the relevant team for review.
For reference, the sound box can be activated by removing the plastic battery tab. If you require any assistance with this or anything else, please feel free to reach out to us.

Eyelashes fell off ...
Sadly, the eye lashes fell off of one of the two dolls I bought the day after I gave it to my daughter for her birthday. Otherwise the dolls are a lovely realistic weight and she loves them.
