I purchased a Range Cooker from Alfonso in late 2022. It was delivered from Italy to Dublin Ireland in good time in early 2023. I only opened the package fully this week for installation, and was very happy with the condition of the Range, which was perfect.
It is worth mentioning how responsive Alfonso is to communication which makes dealing with him a pleasure. Overall I would highly recommend Alfonso as a very reliable and trustworthy trader.

It was a difficult purchase I made in Italy to be delivered in France. After many months of waiting because the item was backlogged it finally arrived with the vendor and was forwarded. To my terrible dismay my beautiful oven arrived with a huge hole in the box and the oven broken. It was a return. Bhistore was great in immediately ordering another one to replace it. It arrived two months later and I am so far very happy with the product. Thank you Bhi for persevering.

Good communication, products received as promised. Although delivery was promised 1-2 weeks it eventually took over 2 months. I understand they were missing a product. For this, 4 stars. Still, good service overall. If you order, you can use google translate and message through whatsapp.
