Customer service from Ms. Adrienne Minor was stellar!!! She walked me through every step of the process and answered every question thoroughly. Adrienne made, what I thought would a difficult process, extremely easy.

I had a very positive experience working with Miss Brittani Stewart. From the beginning, she was professional, patient, and easy to communicate with. She took the time to explain the process clearly, answered my questions, and made sure I understood what to expect at each step.
What stood out most was Brittani’s responsiveness and the personal attention she provided. She never made me feel rushed or overlooked, and she worked hard to make the entire experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Nate was a great person to deal with. He made everything simple and smooth. He took the time to explain everything step by step with the process and everything about the loan. I would highly recommend BHG and would ask for Nate.

They basically collect applications by POSTING ATTRACTIVE rates and do nothing. Probably they approve some applicants or the ones that are in their “approval brackets”. But their target is to bind you with them. Its more than 2 weeks I have an application with them. They don’t move, ask info etc if you don’t push them. So if you need progress you have to text/call etc. If you don’t do that, you won’t hear back from them and this is the purpose. Very primitive approach. Shortly: the rates they publish is a fake info, they will never approve you. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I worked with Nate on a personal loan. I could not be happier with my experience. Nate made the process easy to understand, easy to complete and he had everything completed in a couple of days. Would absolutely work with him again.

Predatory APR's; high fees; even with a 765 credit rating, then when declined they sold my data to other "lenders" and I've been inundatedwith 3rd party unsolicited calls. Absolutely no doubt where the info came from after the rejection of BHG. If I could score a zero star, I would.
