I have shopped with BHFO for quite some time. But things have changed a lot now. As stated in previous reviews they have poor customer service. Three orders in a row I received an incorrect item. Packaging was terrible and messy. When I contacted them I received a sarcastic reply letting me know that they are a small company, they are humans who make mistakes, and to expect subpar service because they are cutting corners to try and keep prices low. I mainly shop their shoes, and the quality of the items is good. I’ve been pleased with that. Just know to expect poor service in certain areas.

I have now contacted customer services 3 TIMES!! I have even asked for the owners email (Jon and Stacie Sefton) to try and get my problem resolved. They have chosen to ignore my emails and not reply to them! So their quote ... "Your opinion matters to us, so if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us any time" is BULL*HIT!!!
I live in NZ and received an item with the 'Security Tag' still attached, only stores can remove this, and the tagging system is different in NZ, so my guess is to throw it out. Also a dress I purchased (it was stated NEW WITH TAGS) arrived crumbled up and without tags, therefore I cannot re-sell as new!
I will not choose to purchase again from this rude, unorganised company. Their service is appalling.

The white dress I purchased was obviously used-it has snags and dirt around the neckline and waistline. They denied the damage even after I sent them photos of the damage and wouldn't make it right. I bought junk.

I would say this scam of an operation has the worst customer service ever, but that would imply they have customer service to begin with. If you risk it and decide to buy from them, be sure you’re getting exactly what you need. Their return process is exceptionally expensive and next to impossible to complete. And if something shows up damaged or used / dirty, too bad. They don’t care. It’s still on you to pay for returns to fix their mistakes. These people are the absolute worst. They’ve ripped me off for the first and last time. Never again.

I ordered a stun pen from ghovf, and the lost the order. They asked if I wanted them to resend it, and I agreed. The order was sent to California. I asked for a refund and they said it would show up. I wouldn't recommend ordering anything from them, unless you want to get Ripped Off.

Customer service is a desaster, non existimg. I boight via Amazon and they dont send me a invoice, that Inneed for customs service as I ordered from Spain

This item was received and although the item is as described, I have to write to express my distress on how it was packaged. It was folded many many times to form a small ball to fit inside a 7”x7” clear plastic bag even though the envelope was 12x15" leaving plenty of room for a neatly folded item. Needless to say it is totally crushed and terribly wrinkled. I have steamed it twice and will still have to iron it to try and remove all the wrinkles. I suggest you take more care in future shipments to your customers.

I am completely disgusted with BHFO. The product
sizes are inaccurate and don't fit. You don't know if
what you bought is returnable until you try to return it. Clearance is never returnable, but when you try to return something that is not clearance, they say "Item does not meet conditions for return." You don't know the conditions until you decide to return the item. I am really upset and frustrated. Will not buy another thing from their website. They are deceptive and devious. And there is not another store which does not collect taxes on items purchased. I bet it is a law that you have to do it. They say you have to report your purchase. They should be put out of business.

I bought a coat from them and it is defective. It has threads coming apart on the seams. I contacted them and they told me that because of their product disclaimer which states that they may sell defective and/or damaged items there is nothing that they can do for me. This was my first purchase with them and will be my last. I thought I was buying BRAND NEW products unbeknownst to me about their product disclaimer. Do not waste your money and don't buy anything from them.

Have purchased items from BHFO a couple of times - hoping for a better experience, but it never happened!! So, I decided to STOP purchasing from them and write a REVIEW. The clothing that I received were either OLD or USED!!! Also had a terrible smell of mold, mildew or "basement"!! Tried to wash them and they still smelled to the point of being unable to wear them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM BHFO if you want to be able to wear them.

I never got the shoes I ordered. I think it’s a scam.

ABSOLUTELY HORRID RETURNS

I have purchased thousands of dollars of items from them either through their website or Ebay. I previously had never had an issue with them until now. I ordered 4 items. All 4 items were from designers we were all the time. Both of the dresses I ordered are from a manufacturer that I know my exact size in. Both of the dresses were easily 2 sizes too big. I don't know if they were mislabeled or what but they definitely were not the size I ordered. 1 was a regular purchase and one a final sale. I would never have expected to return a final sale if I received the right item. The returnable one has been such a hassle, I will just donate it. I sent customer service an email about the 2 dresses and one of the shirts that my husband received that was completely the wrong color from what we ordered. Completely unhelpful response. said to call their customer service. This little experience cost me $70. I won't shop with them again. Its not worth it. I lost $70. For year, they easily lose $1000 year after year not to mention the $1000 per year I spent at the holidays for my nieces and nephews. Great business model guys!

I was hesitant to buy because the shipping rates were high and their return policies aren't great. If something is wrong, you pay for return shipping.

But my wife really wanted a pair of boots, and they were a great price.

The boots arrived. Oddly, the shoe part fit great (size 5), but the leg part was extremely skinny. Not even close to being able to zip them up. My wife does not have chubby legs. She's barely over 100 lbs. Maybe the boots are for 11-year-olds?

Tried to return them, but when she purchased, she didn't realize they were marked "final sale," meaning that they cannot be returned.

Huh. We could speculate that perhaps they are marked "final sale" because there is something genuinely wrong with them and they are tired of getting them returned.

So now we have boots that she can't use. Watching for someone with size 5 feet and stick-figure legs.

Follow-up. My wife tried to give the boots to her niece who has size 5 feet, is about 5'8", and probably weighs maybe 110. She found her stick-figure girl. Her feet fit perfectly in the boot, but she couldn't get the boots zipped up.

These are clearly defective boots that BHFO marks as final sale so they get something out of them, and their customers get the shaft. I cannot rate this company low enough.

They sent me a dress with the security ink tags still on and when I messaged them it took them almost three days to respond. When they responded they asked me to drive around and search and ask different random department stores to remove it. They offered no remedy or solution and when I told them I wanted to send it back for a refund they just stone walled me. Terrible scam artists they need to be shut down.

Not for me … I bought a few products from them… they sell on others website as well like shop premium outlets and sometimes they have the same product listed on bought website but with different prices so I ordered a dress on BHFO website and a minute later I saw the same dress at $20 dollars less on shop premium I emailed BHFO for price matching since I thought it was not fair and they refused to do price matching… it wasn’t a big price difference that’s why you would expect the price matching from them but not… so for me it was a total delusion this website and I felt they don’t value the customers

Apparently "not what you expected" customer service only relates to damaged in shipping or stains. I have purchased numerous shoes at discounted final sale prices. Many are not true to size, such as measuring narrow not medium or a large heel strap that would not fit anyone. These are "overlooked imperfections".
At the low price, it is worth having to donate some to charity. However, not even reviewing my orders is not a good customer service procedure.

A complete scam. I never write reviews, but I feel the need to warn others. On April 2022, they sent a message after I ordered an item: "Hi ___, we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent." I wrote back, after waiting a whole year later, "Hi, I never received my Item. I need a refund." And they MADE UP AN EMAIL I NEVER WROTE, saying "Thank you for emailing us. I looked at your order. I am showing on a previous message, you told us:

On Wed, 20 Apr, 2022 12:42:25 AM CDT, __ asked:
Hello I have now received my item and you can close this case."

Not only did they never ship my item (the shipping shows that it was never delivered), but they are now making up words that I never said.

If you order from them on Amazon beware!!!! They do not honor Prime free shipping and if you have to return the product they deduct more than the shipping cost from the refund!!!! Very poor customer service!!!!

BHFO states package picked up by UPS on 9th. UPS states your company has NOT tendered package. I paid for second day air. You have not shipped as stated on Amazon website. 1ZE660290290949169
