I honestly have nothing positive to say about this company. The way you handle customers is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. As a paying customer, I believe I have the right to return an item that I’ve tried on and found unsuitable — whether for a refund or an exchange for a different item that better fits my needs.
Your approach to customer service has left me feeling frustrated and unheard. It’s unacceptable to restrict exchanges in a way that isn’t clearly outlined in your policy, especially when the item I received does not work for me and I’ve communicated that clearly.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
