I've ordered so many times from them and only ever had one issue were they were out fo stock of the item I bought, they just offered me a refund or a straight swap for something else.
The prices are the best around, espically if your looking for Legion or Shatterpoint models.
I hope one day they get to stocking Games Workshop products so I can do all my shopping in one place!
