I was so excited to get these because I am on my feet all throughout the day for work. When they came in I went to try them on, I even put the foot sole inserts (Both of them). When I went to walk around in them after tying them pretty tight my heel would slip up and down as I walked. The shoe fits perfect, it’s just my heel that is the problem. Anyone know how to fix this???
