Interface feels dated
Boxes, tiny fonts, cluttered sidebars… looks like an old template. Compared to smoother, modern casinos, this one just doesn’t feel pleasant to use.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Their promos say “only today” or “ends at midnight” but it’s based on some other time zone. I missed a bonus because midnight for them wasn’t midnight for me. It’s small, but annoying.
Have to confirm email, then SMS, then answer security question each time I cash out. Feels more like a bank loan than just getting my own money.
I like specific studios, but their game search doesn’t let you filter by provider properly. You have to scroll forever. Basic feature that’s missing.
The default sound settings are insanely loud and full of cheap jingles. I know I can mute them, but every new game starts blasting again. Makes the whole place feel tacky and low-effort.
Some games don't show RTP anywhere obvious. I like to see that before I play, and having to google each title is annoying and suspicious.
The dealers looked tired and didn’t interact much. Just dealing and mumbling the same lines. Maybe I caught a bad shift, but it didn’t feel like a lively casino vibe at all.
I joined mainly for sports, but the welcome casino bonus auto-applied and complicated withdrawals from the whole account. I just wanted to bet on matches, not chase slot wagering.
They advertise weekly cashback, but some losses count, some don't, depending on bonus status and games. I never got the amount I expected, and support responses were vague.
Half the games I actually like are “not available in your country” or “not allowed with bonus”. Why even show them then? Just feels annoying clicking into dead ends.
Every few minutes it tells you about a “limited time offer”. Same offer, over and over. I’m trying to finish wagering and it keeps dangling more bonuses I don’t want. Feels spammy inside the site itself.
