The site looked professional and competitive, but not unreasonably cheap. The order confirmation was a little strange in that it did not list the actual item ordered. They charged me immediately, rather than waiting until the product shipped. I got a generic follow-up email a week after ordering that they were delayed in shipping (covid, Ukraine, ....), and then they went SILENT. No response to site inquiries, emails, or phone calls (the voicemail said "no agent was available" on 20+ attempts). I finally filed a dispute with the credit card company for a refund.
This is a total scam company.
After months of waiting for even a response from them I have gotten Visa and the Better Business Bureau involved.
They do not pick up the phone or respond to emails.
Buyer Beware.
Scam website. Offers lowball prices for common objects which they never ship, then tries to entice you to buy their unrelated electronic gizmos with "special discounts." Attempts to run out the chargeback clock by making excuses involving COVID supply chain problems, the Ukraine war, etc.
Buyer beware! I placed an order with beyond the Infinity on July 5. On July 6 the charge appeared on my card. After 10 days I had only received order confirmation. After several rounds w/ customer service, I canceled the order. 10 days later I have not received my refund. No one answers customer service. I've reached out several times but no response. I'm wondering if they are actually a real company! I will never order from these frauds. It has been almost a month and no merchandise or refund. You've been warned!!!!
