As usual

As usual, the service was outstanding. The condition of the records matched my expectations. I would absolutely purchase from here again.

I've been trying to get a refund since March!

I bought two vinyl albums from this company. They charged me for both but were unable to supply the second record (Thin Lizzy' s double live album "Live and Dangerous) and I've been trying to get my £29.99 refunded to me for over 8 months. I now see the shop has closed and my emails are not getting any replies. If the owner Ian Biles is reading this please action my refund asap. You have all my details.

Friendly local record store, knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices

I've been using BTD since it opened. Ian is friendly and has a lifetime of music experience and musical knowledge. The store has a good range of new and used vinyl at very reasonable prices. Stock is updated regularly, so it's always worth popping back to hunt for that rare collectible you've been after for years, or to pick up the latest re-issue. And what's more, if you join the loyalty scheme, you get 10% off every in-store purchase.
