Don't like the chemical taste in the drinks

A good company needs a good support team to ensure customers are happy both before and after purchase. I recently approached the support team with a problem and that problem was solved within 2 minutes by Jax. He was super helpful and had my issues resolved in no time. This guy deserves a promotion or a freaking christmas card. His reply was so fast it shocked me, You'd never get that kind of treatment anywhere else. Talk about being a GOAT!

This was a reorder of Athena Colada. I quite like it and, being in the US, I admit to looking for something that would maybe be a bit less with shipping. To be honest nothing has come close. I think it’s a great product and is still a value for the money. My only wish would be the ability to just order a tub without the shaker. I have to find people to give them to. Free advertising I guess lol.

I ordered a Sea of thieves pack and a taster bundle that included 5 different satchets and a shaker. Unfortunately when my parcel arrived i got a rude shock as not a single item in the order was correct.

Luckily Jax saved the day, quickly sorting out the delivery mixup and by the end of the week (which is pretty good considering im in australia) i had the correct items, and as a bonus the incorrect items as well.

As a result of the mixup ive gotten to try nearly all available flavours, and they all have that odd aftertaste that other reviews speak of, though its not as noticeable to me on the lemon sherbet and watermelon lime strawberry. the space rocks flavour is odd, though works very well with carbonated water.... just hold the lid of the shaker TIGHT as it reacts as youd expect when you shake it.

Now for the effects, like most energy drinks and caffeinated drinks, my ADHD brain decides yeah nah its nap time, but it does make it be quiet for a bit. just something to be aware of if.

Not sure if ill order again ($ conversion is mean)but i cant fault the customer support that i experienced.

I feel like it's a good product and I was very excited to receive it, however the lemon sherbet flavour I ordered has a very soapy after taste. Any recommendations?

Jax was extremely helpful and immediately issued a replacement for a damaged product with no quibbles. He was very polite and got it all dealt with extremely quickly. Suberb service!

These guys always deliver. Never had any issues with ordering or products arriving, plus they do their best to work with the community and affiliates. Their products are super tasty and they aren't just aimed at gamers, but anyone who does creative works.

Although their product isn’t a usual order for me their customer service has been outstanding. I have a Sea of Thieves special edition shaker that cracked. Within 3 days a replacement had been sent. Can’t fault Beyond at all.

Package arrived within the week.

contacted them regarding nutritional information that wasn't available as there was a minor issue on the site. spoke with Jax who was super friendly and gave me the info i was after. excellenmt support given through the site. will be trying their products soon

Delivery came on time for every order so far and all the flavours are great 👍. I’ve tried loads of different energy formulas and beyond is definitely one of the most effective.

I picked up the Sea of Thieves bundle after trying one of their starter packs and I am in love with it! Great flavours and no crash! Fantastic!

Their flavors are great, and most importantly, they're not lying about their tea-based caffeine and slow caffeine release curve.
For that reason, no matter what energy drink I get, I always get Beyond NRG as well; whenever I dont want to destroy myself with caffeine, I take it. Either that, or if I miss their very unique flavor profiles.

Don't let their underdog status in energy drink fame fool you; their flavors are great, their marketting is on the money, and their practices as a company are nice!
