It was awful
It was awful! Full of lies - we were in debt because of cancer treatments and they were so "supportive." You can't end contract early. It will ruin your credit. They close the accounts in bad standing. We were sued by a bank and still had to pay the bank while we made payments to Beyond. They did NOT contact creditors until it was too late. I would love to sue Beyond. Go with a regular bank and get a regular loan - not debt removal.

This company is as unprofessional as they come. I am not sure why the Attorney General / DOJ has not investigated and indicted the players in charge of this outfit. STAY AWAY FROM BEYOND FINANCE!!! I am in worse shape now than before I started this nightmarish adventure with them. Now I am being sued by one of my creditors. They hope you are watching their left hand while their right hand screws you over.

I would never recommend Beyond Finance…
I would never recommend Beyond Finance or any other for profit company that claims to help resolve debt. They were not upfront with fees. All the fees were hidden in the contract. They put my husband as the primary person even though I am the one who communicates with the company. When I tried to cancel the program, my husband had to call because he is the primary person even though I am on the account as well. They would talk to me about everything else. I couldn't even change the contact information or the primary person. I found out through the process over the last couple of months that I can negotiate with the creditors myself to resolve the debt and not have to pay the 25% fee Beyond charges for negotiation. The fee is 25% of the total owed to a debt before negotiation. Since they are a for profit company, they will do anything to try to get you to stay in the program. This experience has been more stressful than it's worth.

Turn and run if you’re thinking about going with them! If you have less than $5000 in debt, this might be the place for you but if it’s over that, don’t do it they see you desperate for a solution and then they break you over the coals! I entered the program with $44,000 in debt and they told me they’d get it down to $22,000 and their fee would be 12,000. That means I would still come out better off than what I was and not have to pay the whole $44,000. Well, they they didn’t speak to my creditors and I was sued by all but three creditors. When I spoke to them, they said they couldn’t help the fact that my creditors were aggressive. That’s funny. I’d be aggressive too if it took two years for you to make any contact with me. They’ll tell you your payment won’t go up, not true! When I entered the program, I was struggling because I was paying $1000 a month in credit card bills. Well, today I pay almost $1000 a month to them for those credit card bills. You are perfectly capable of taking care of this yourself. Contact your creditors and tell them that you want to work with them stay away from beyond finance! I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.
