No customer service - received order, but one of the items was completely wrong. Tried to contact through the multiple different emails left on their site and their number. No response. No way of contacting via social media. No idea what to do now.
Not worth it!
Scam. Never received my order and get no response on email nor Instagram message. They have turned off their comments on Instagram so that people are unable to publicly complain. I will be reporting this
I order nearly £300 worth of jewellery from YOJ on 22nd and 23rd August. I still hadn’t received any shipping confirmation emails for either order by 31st August (despite them advising on their website that delivery took 4-5 working days).
I checked the status of my orders and they still showed as “awaiting shipment”. I reached out to their customer service by email. No response. I completed an online help request through their website. No response. I tried calling them on several occasions using the mobile?! number which was listed on the order confirmation emails. No answer, I left messages to the robotic voicemail lady. No response.
I finally had to file a claim through PayPal who reached out to YOJ but never got a response. They have refunded me in full today.
Disgusting company. The website looks very convincing; as does their instagram account. But I have to say this has been one of the most disgraceful companies to deal with. Not a word from YOJ, no apology, no reason as to why I never received my orders. Just silence.
