BEYCOME is a total scam. They claim to have your listing up within 24-48 hours. After 6 days my listing still wasn't up. Called to get a refund 4 times. On hold for an average of 20 minutes each time. After finally getting through they promised to have my listing up within the hour, never happened. I finally had to go through my credit card company to get my money back. Don't say you weren't warned: DO NOT USE BEYCOME!

Great customer service! In less than five minutes Suyen was able to answer all of my questions and assist me in getting my listing updated to include the information I needed on the MLS. Had another issue several days later and was assisted by Leydi this time around. She really went to bat for me to get my request approved with the local MLS. Again - great customer service!! Highly recommended .For sure, Beycome is a great listing agency for anyone selling their home as FSBO. They give you the listing exposure needed in the MLS at a great rate and you get wonderful customer service reps like Suyen and Leydi who go above and beyond to make sure our needs are met. Thrilled to have such an ongoing positive experience with a process that normally reeks of anxiety if you are not in the real estate business. So glad I found them!

Warning: Our home is stuck with Beycome! We paid Beycome 5/9/21 to list our home on the MLS. A few buyers said when they called Beycome did not respond at all. We messaged (Beycome portal), emailed, called, texted Beycome & tried to cancel our listing with Beycome - NO RESPONSE AT ALL. We signed the 'Release & cancellation of listing agreement' a week ago, now our home is still on the websites synced from the MLS with them being the listing agent. It's seriously hurt our home sale now that no buyer can call about this home as Beycome is effectively holding it hostage!!! Please refund and remove our home with Beycome as our listing agent from the MLS ASAP.

Run away. They listed my home with a description that was all jumbled stating I had 7 stables and a horse farm with random words thrown in. Called them and after finally talking to someone, they refused to say there was an issue. 2 hours later the MLS listing was fixed. Odd. Then, instead of my phone number as the contact it was one of their own reps, no buyer calls. I tested a call to the number, and never received a return call. Lost a week of home on teh market. Had to dispute charge to get money back, no one responds to phone/email.
