Bewsh are doing great
Bewsh are doing great, very reliable delivery. They take alot of care in their choice of products and how they pack them. Box design also changes and therefore every month is slightly different!

Awesome idea!

Good supply box
The products you recieve are great and there’s a huge variety! They delivery is pretty fast too, however I don’t seem to be able to get through to someone about cancelling my subscription? The website has nothing on how to cancel it only shows your standing or previous orders? I’ve contacted the Facebook page and the support email and I’ve not heard back?
Help?!?

Hi Shahid, Glad you liked the box. The preworkout is actually valued as 19.99 on it's own so for a 50 serving pre-workout it's difficult to include a top of the range tub as one of only 10 items in the box.

Thanks for your feedback and sorry you didn't get the flavour you'd prefer. When a new flavour is released for an existing type/brand of bar the Bewsh Box is the first to include it in their boxes. When there is a new type of bar/brand to be released we include a random selection of all flavours as it is impossible to know which flavour subscribers would favour. To find out this information each month would massively impact the service.
For example, the October Bewsh Box included the MTS Outright Bar new from the US to the UK. As such, we distributed an even amount of all flavours across all boxes.
If you let us know which bar you were dissatisfied with by sending an email to support@bewsh.co.uk then we can add the bar you would have preferred to your next box.

I cancelled my subscription the previous month yet was still charged this month. I have yet to receive a refund or a reply to numerous emails I’ve sent. The customer service is awful.

Sorry for your frustrations. You sent one email which was sent last night and responded to moments before this feedback was left. As per the email your cancellation was processed after the renewal order was created and the refund has been processed immediately after. Refunds can take 5-10 days from as per the Stripe Payment Gateways policy.
