PLEASE BEWARE!!!! This company is a SCAM!!! Do not make the mistake I made purchasing anything from them. I ordered the John Wellington Urban Denim Jeans (black) in a size 36. The package took a couple weeks to come, and when it did, the garment was completely different from the picture. The poorest quality clothing item I’ve ever had in my possession. Literally one step up from a potato sack. The material is thin and it doesn’t even have a label on it. Also, it’s gigantic, I could fit two of myself in there!!! I’m currently going back with customer service who offered a 25% refund which is absolutely ridiculous and straight up robbery!! This website should be shut down. Also, right after I purchased the item, my PayPal was hacked. This is no coincidence as I’ve never ever had a problem with PayPal until I dealt with this terrible excuse of a “company”.

Jacket was too small. I would like to exchange it for a larger size. The return process seems very difficult

Was advised order may take from 2-3 weeks.
However, my order (BV12126) was placed on 02/03/2024 and it is still in "automatic processing" status. How much more shall I wait?
I believe I have been more than patient!

I bought this jacket for my husband and it looks great on him. It’s casual, but dressy enough to wear with a collared shirt underneath, and go out to dinner in San Francisco.

What made my experience great of what the company was offering. Upon seeking the jacket, I wanted to purchase it immediately but didn't. I'm always leery concerning sizes. In this case, XL is a snug fit on me. Normally, when ordering online, size XL is OK. Currently, a size 2xl would fit comfortably of your product.

My husband ordered a jacket which looked good in the picture. First of all, it took forever to arrive. Secondly, it had a chemical smell so I wanted to wash it first. However, the tag was ripped, so not size and no washing instructions. This is a red flag. Why would you pretend to sell something brandnew and rip off the tag? I told my husband to return it and exchange for a new one. He was given excuses that it is new and that the tag was ripped so as not to cause confusion. I believe it is a scam. The jacket was more than $100 so it is not cheap. Material was light and looks like it came from Shein or Temu. Will not order again. Buyers beware

Complete scam! Be careful, all the products have tags cut off which obviously means they are hiding something. Its not cashmere, cheap quality and sizes are too small! Obviously it came from china and they are scamming people giving them more discounts to get you buying. Don’t buy!! They wont even return your product since they already got their money three times worth the cheap quality they have given you! Money gone down the drain from scammers!

I order (2) sweaters 2xl, when I received them they were too small. I contacted Beverlybased and they at first suggested I could get replacements. They then called back and apologized that they do not have larger sizes and they would offer me a discount certificate to purchase something else. Since their sizes are smaller than advertised and I would only get discount off of List price, I do not feel that is a fair solution for me.

No stars!!! Calling Am Ex tomorrow! Total SCAM store.

I literally couldn’t believe the comfort and quality for the price ! I was shocked ! Loved it the second I put it on . I was hosting a casual Girls happy hour and just got it so I put it on and all the girls loved it and asked where I got it. The ages were 21-60 , so obviously this style goes across the board for any age ! Love it so much and it’s my go to outfit to put on and relax in or feel stylish while I run errands.

The item I ordered is not what arrived. The color and suit is not what was pictured. I am initiating a return but given some of the reviews I’m not sure how successful I will be. Buyer beware.

I placed an order for (5) items a month ago. I email customer support & they're very responsive.They tell me to be patient it's on the way but I still haven't received it! A month!

I purchased a cashmere sweater for my son in Maryland. It arrived after Christmas. It was a XXL and it is way to small in the shoulders but the quality was good. I have been trying to return it for a refund but no one is responding to my requests. Now they are saying I only have 14days to return the item. If they had a XXXL I would take that but that is not listed on the options. I will not buy from here again and not recommend. If you had a phone number for customer support that would help.

I bought two lovely outfits from Beverly Based. I thought the leisure might not be suitable for the office. Wrong! You can easily dress it up or dress it down. The rich colour, comfy fabric, drew a lot of attention and many compliments. I wore one outfit to dinner with friends and they asked me where I get my unique wardrobe from. Horrible! the product arrived and was at least two sizes small. You are instructed to return it to CHINA!!! or they "generously" offer you a 25% refund to keep the garment. Truly a Facebook scam

It took forever for the vest to get to me and when it arrived it felt very thin and was terribly undersized.

My items were nice but didn’t fit. I was very disappointed that to return or exchange them you have to ship to an over seas warehouse. If I had known that in the beginning I would not have ordered at all. Even though I was offered half off a new order, I still am not sure about sizing so I don’t want to spend any more time and money. I really thought it was all here in the states so that this would not be the problem it is.

I am very pleased with the quality of my sunglasses. I wore them right after picking them up from the shipping company and went to a beach party. I will visit the site to order more products from your company. 😁

Their customer service is even worse than the products (NOT cashmere, wrong sizes, colors don’t match photo). They claim they’ll help you, try to sell you more and expect customer to pay the return postage to Germany AND pay shipping for any replacement. Now I’m reluctant to buy any products touted on Facebook.
