Very trustworthy

We have used Beverley Travel for some time, but for our trip to Japan later in 2026 this has been the most problematic. Between Titan Holidays and BT the quotes for adding business class flights have added circa £4k above the actual flight cost for upgrading to business class with no reduction for removing economy flights. With no real explanation to the surcharges. BT were very good with previous travel consultants but on recent experience they just pass on quotes from operators. Many of our friends have moved to other agents, we are likely to do the same. We are taking action by following the complaints process as far as it goes against BT and Titan as we are incensed-by this situation.

We live in Newcastle-upon-Tyne and we're traveling to lloret, then to perpignan in france for a rugby match, back to lloret, then home via Manchester airport (do NOT get me started about that place and special assistance, cos there is NO BLOOMING HELP AT ALL. Spent first day in bed in lloret absoflippinlutely broken!) Anyway, EVERYTHING that was arranged by Andrea and her lovely staff, went brilliantly. Our hotel was spotless, child free, food delicious, transfers spot on. To and from france again spot on. We even got a call from them a few days later asking if everything had gone ok, did we enjoy our holiday and was there anything they could have done to make it better. Apart from paying for it, I cant think of anything lol. Cannot praise them highly enough. Not the first time we've travelled with them and certainly won't be the last!

Lovely friendly and knowledgeable travel firm. First time experience with them after a friends recommendation. We were a bit apprehensive as we had previously had a very unsatisfactory experience with a local branch of a national travel company. Organised all our holiday and kept in touch throughout. Will use again.

Quite a complicated trip was arranged by Hayley at Beverley Travel without fuss and extremely quickly with several options for us to choose from.
In the past I have always been quite the independent traveller but Hayley and the team were constantly in touch to cover every aspect of our holiday even when we were on foreign shores - adding a special touch and confidence booster.
A pleasant `follow up` visit on our return added to the excellent service.

Another amazing 5 star holiday booked through Beverley Travel. This is probably our 10th holiday booked with these guys and they never disappoint. No matter what the budget or holiday type required they meet the mark above and beyond. Whatever we have requested they have superseded our expectations, not just with the holiday but the level of service they offer from booking and whilst being on holiday they have you covered and are at hand to deal with any problems/queries you may have. Returned from Cyprus ,this is the third time we have booked with Beverley Travel and the third time we enjoyed a great experience from booking the Holiday, to enjoying the Cypriot sun, we will be using BT again, friendly welcoming staff nothing was too much trouble, thank you.

We have travelled on 3 holidays this year organised for us by Beverley Travel and been very pleased with their service each time. They are a well-organised company with friendly staff who do their best to ensure you have a good holiday. They check beforehand to make sure everything is ready for your departure and follow up with a friendly call afterwards to check you were fully satisfied. We travelled to Malta, Mallorca and Austria this year and had three really excellent holidays. Thanks to Jackie for her friendly help and to Ricky from Hull who was so helpful when driving us down to Gatwick. Beverley Travel is ALWAYS our first choice for holidays and we recommend them highly to family and friends.
