What a beautiful experience with such…

What a beautiful experience with such professional staff! It’s got the best views of Torbay, a fantastic pool and bar and the accommodation is clean and easy to access. It never felt crowded and from the receptionists to the entertainment crew, all of them are such genuine lovely people. An absolute gem of a holiday I would highly recommend, the place is buzzing!

Great caravan site

Just came back from a great week with two of our grandchildren,Had a bit of a mix up with our booking which was resolved in no time by Debbie who went above and beyond. After that everything was great clean caravans, really good entertainment, the kids loved it ,nice swimming pools and cafe by pool, excellent food from both the Jetty and the catch, plus the kids loved the hot tub on the caravan, plenty to see and do on site and in the surrounding area, definitely will be booking again

The site is spotlessly clean the staff…

The site is spotlessly clean the staff couldn't be more helpfully, the amenities a brilliant and the prices are very good for a seaside campsite, food in the restaurant is of very good quality and will definitely return and recommend

Stayed for a quiet weekend getaway with…

Stayed for a quiet weekend getaway with friends in Jan. Fabulous lodge with the most amazing sea views. Not stayed in a lodge before and was pleasantly surprised. Have everything we needed. Will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful place with stunning veiws but never agin

Beautiful place with stunning veiw. Spent a week in our Moho from 25th Jan to 1Feb. Not that cheap 224 this was adding our dog to the cost. When we were given our pitch at the top of the hill the receptionist said sorry were renovating on shower block by you so you will have to use the one at the bottom of the hill. Only 3 other moterhomes on site and when I went in to ask to move near the shower blocks they wanted me to pay a further 7.50. Not only did you have the workmen right behind us nothing is open on site. I said this but still an upgrade no thank you. My husband used the shower bloke once freezing cold and shower cold. Back to the van then. Waste of money 💰

Amazing view but...

Staying on a premium pitch in our motorhome, have a spectacular view of the bay.
Wifi non existant on the touring field, reception said to call the no. At bottom of the wifi info sheet as the provider might need to check the mast, we did so but were told it doesnt cover everywhere and we cant get it as the mast is fully functioning , so no wifi for a week.
I enquired re cafe n shop before we arrived and was told (e mail) jetty cafe 'open as usual ' but when we arrived it is only open weekends , no shop at all.
we arrived and will leave on sunday so it was open 1 day of our stay . We are booked for the ruby slippers brunch on sat looking forwarg to that £35 pp 12 till 3pm .
I understand there are fewer people in winter but how about a kiosk open for 2 hrs for milk n newspaper each morning , same with the cafe maybe run it on bookings only at lunchtimes ??
With wifi it might be worth the cost but there is an extra charge for that !!
Doubt if we will be back .
Amazing view tho and cheerful staff.

Not the park it used to be

This park used to put customer service first. Now there is none, nor do they apologise or admit when they have made mistakes. This is the last year we shall go. The prices are extortionate these days and the facilities are dated and tired. All they care about is getting your money.honestly, don't waste your money

We had a lovely view of the sea from…

We had a lovely view of the sea from our caravan. great location and a lovely clean caravan too!!

i know entertainment isn’t the be all and end all for many, but for us it was a bit of a let down, some of the “singers” are lacking in the vocal department, many of them don’t sound to be trained singers… gave me karaoke vibes, but all the entertainment staff clearly love their jobs which makes up for it and they’re all so great with the kids who just loved the entertainment so much so that’s what matters! They loved the halloween themes over the weekend and are still raving about it now!

Good Static Caravan

Good Static Caravan. Spotlessly clean. Great all round Family Site.
Just a minor complaint. No Dishwasher in a Bronze Static, no hooks anywhere to hang towels and clothes and no drawers to put your clothes in. Lastly no bedside light or switch to turn the main light off. Small thinks that make a difference.
We loved the Site and would return. Children had a great time.

This is a splendid holiday park! it has many facilities such as a pool, bar, restaurant with very good hash browns. The chips from the chippy are excellent. I was camping with my family and friends and had a very jolly time. Only thing is, the toilets and showers were blocked, and, at one time using the shower, the drain overflowed so much it spread into the main toilet area, hopefully problem is fixed soon.

We paid £4384 for our holiday at…

We paid £4384 for our holiday at Beverley holidays, we have never paid so much for such inadequate accommodation. It began by the description of the holiday not stating there was a sharp decline/incline when coming and going from the lodge. One of our party has mobility issues and this was a big struggle for him. They offered him a caravan on the other side of the park on his own, for an additional charge but this was not suitable as this was meant to be a family holiday and we could not leave him on his own.

The inside of the lodge is described as light and airy and stylish ! I'm unsure as to when their 'style' dates from, it certainly is not from recent times in our opinion. The double glazed windows had several panes of glass that had 'blown' and you could not see properly out of them. The main bedroom's carpet smelt strongly of dog when we arrived. I appreciate that this is a 'dog friendly' rental, however, if the lodge had been cleaned adequately, there should have been no residual smell from the previous occupants pets. Décor inside was tired and dated and was not like a 'home from home' and the runner at the foot of the bed in the main bedroom had stains on the underneath of it.

We will not be returning in the future and have had to put it down to a very costly mistake.

Purchased our perfect holiday home.

I came across Beverley holiday’s on line looking for a holiday home to purchase ,we then had an online chat with James Cunningham , he was ever so helpful & sent us a couple of videos of two lodges that were for sale , we had a planned few days holiday near the area so we arranged to meet James , view the park & lodges , & at the end of the day we bought a beautiful lodge , many thanks to James he made our experience very simple , he wasn’t pushy & felt very comfortable doing business with him , James is a credit to Beverley park & anyone out there looking to purchase a holiday home reach out & call James .

If I could give zero I would.
I've been coming here for 35 years. Since it's new ownership (The Jeavons Family) they are utterly ruthless with your money.... you never see a penny of it again when something goes wrong.

I booked and paid for a pitch (T38) which is not suitable for a motorhome, nobody advised me of this??????? Why?????? But they still allowed me to book and pay extra for it! Upon arrival the level of the pitch was too severe to stay. I even had my neighbours help me on ramps etc. Nothing worked.
I noticed I had tourers either side of me, even they said they also struggled but managed to get level with the legs, and were not pleased. I can't believe I was allowed to pay for this pitch. Unacceptable.
My dogs couldn't stand well, and even I was uncomfortable at such a slant.
I called reception and was moved to a level pitch (87). I'm now on the bottom corner of the bottom field.... I'm now level.... but now I'm so far away from the amenities that me and my senior dogs can't even get to the jetty. It's uphill also from where I am.
I couldn't even drive up and park. Your car park was full constantly! I even struggled to check in!
I had no option but to leave as we were now stuck at the far bottom corner of site. Trapped almost. Another 5 hour journey back home.
I'm absolutely devastated that we didnt get our holiday which cost over £210 for 3 nights.
I've been coming to Beverley for 35 years. Never have I had to leave.
As expected, i received an email full of apologies but no offer of a refund.
Other costs go into booking a holiday. I still had to pay fuel, and my pet sitter for my cats.
But unfortunately Beverley Park are not bothered in the slightest. Mobility issues are not taken into consideration on this site, so beware....and they will put you anywhere. I have no words.
I won't ever be returning again.

Attacked by doberman at 540am cuts to myself on route to water tap, 4 hours on A & E in morning ruined my holiday. Management did not remove dog or owners till 24 hours later though risk to public safety and children!!
NOT ACCEPTABLE..
They don't give a f xxx about customer safety.
Lawyers / Health & Safety Exec /Torbay council/Press will be in touch!

I have been going on holiday at…

I have been going on holiday at Beverley for quite a few years.
It is a wonderful site with lovely friendly staff.
The caravans are always clean with all the amenities you need.
If you have any problems they are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
The entertainment is great with something for everybody. The pools and play areas are clean and very well maintained.
There is a shop on site which is great for all your essentials and not overpriced.
If you fancy treating yourself, there is a lovely restaurant or takeaway with fantastic food all cooked from fresh.
To top it all off the views are beautiful especially at night, Goodrington beach is within walking distance or a couple of minutes drive.
Definitely recommend especially for families.

Lovely family park

Lovely family park. Booking was easy and staff very helpful and friendly on arrival. Lovely and quiet when we arrived amazing sea views. The entertainment team made this park they were absolutely brilliant working so very hard. Restaurant food was good and staff very polite. Pool was excellent.
Now to the negatives: toilets were a disgrace. Showers not cleaned for the 3 days we were there same hair and cigarette butts in there all the time. Mentioned to reception about the showers on day 2 nothing done. White wine served warm in restaurant which is poor when your spending £19 on a bottle of it. Also no mention of the free golf even though it’s on the kids menu when we bought a desert.
Saying all of this we will come back but come on it maybe the end of the season but we are still paying premium prices and expect clean showers!
